Hur man kan tycka att den här koftan är snygg kan jag inte fatta. Det ser ju sinnessjukt ut med den där stora kragen.

GARTER ST (back and forth on needle): K all rows. GARTER ST (in the round): K 1 round, P 1 round. MEASUREMENT TIP: Because of the weight of the yarn all measurements should be made while the garment is hanging, otherwise it will be too long when worn. BUTTONHOLES: Make buttonholes on right front band. 1 BUTTONHOLE = cast off 3rd st from mid front and make 1 YO. Make buttonholes when piece measures: Size S: 38, 46, 54 and 62 cm. Size M: 40, 48, 56 and 64 cm. Size L: 42, 50, 58 and 66 cm. Size XL: 40, 47, 54, 61 and 68 cm. Size XXL: 38, 46, 54, 62 and 70 cm. Size XXXL: 39, 47, 55, 63 and 71 cm. DECREASING TIP (neckline): Dec 1 st by K2 tog at the beg of row each side. INCREASING TIP: Inc with 1 YO in P-sections. On next round P YO. -------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------- JACKET: Piece worked back and forth on circular needle from mid front. Cast on 134-142-150-162-174-189 sts on circular needle size 7 mm with Snow. Work 6 rows GARTER ST - see above. Change to circular needle size 8 mm. Insert 2 markers in piece, 36-38-40-43-46-50 sts in from each side (back piece = 62-66-70-76-82-89 sts). Continue in stocking st with 5 garter sts each side towards mid front (= front bands, worked in garter st throughout). REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! When piece measures 15 cm dec 1 st each side of both markers. Repeat the dec on every 7-7-7.5-8-8-8 cm a total of 8 times = 102-110-118-130-142-157 sts. See MEASUREMENT TIP! AT THE SAME TIME when piece measures 38-40-42-40-38-39 cm make BUTTONHOLES on right front band – see above! When piece measures 64-66-68-70-72-73 cm slip 7 sts towards mid front each side on a stitch holder for neck. Dec 1 st for neck each side – see DECREASING TIP – and repeat the dec on every 4-4-4-4-4-3.5 cm a total of 5-5-6-6-6-7 times. AT THE SAME TIME when piece measures 68-70-72-74-76-77 cm cast off 6 sts for armhole each side (= 3 sts each side of marker). Now complete each piece separately. BACK PIECE: = 40-44-48-54-60-67 sts. Cast off to shape the armhole each side at the beg of every row: 2 sts 0-0-1-2-3-4 times and 1 st 0-1-1-1-2-3 times = 40-42-42-44-44-45 sts. When piece measures 87-90-93-96-99-101 cm cast of the middle 12-12-14-14-14-15 sts for neck and complete each shoulder separately. Cast off 1 st on neckline on next row = 13-14-13-14-14-14 sts left on shoulder. Cast off when piece measures 89-92-95-98-101-103 cm. LEFT FRONT PIECE: Cast off for armhole at the side as described for back piece, AT THE SAME TIME continue dec for neck towards mid front. When all dec are complete there are 13-14-13-14-14-14 sts left on shoulder. Cast off when piece measures 89-92-95-98-101-103 cm. RIGHT FRONT PIECE: Like left front piece, but mirrored. SLEEVE: Worked in the round on double pointed needles. Cast on 30-32-32-34-34-36 sts on double pointed needles size 7 mm. Work 6 rows GARTER ST – see above – and continue in rib K3/P3, AT THE SAME TIME inc 12-10-10-14-14-12 sts evenly on first round – see INCREASING TIP! = 42-42-42-48-48-48 sts. Insert a marker at beg of round. When piece measures 15 cm dec 12-10-10-14-14-12 sts evenly on round = 30-32-32-34-34-36 sts. Change to double pointed needles size 8 mm and continue in stocking st. When piece measures 18 cm inc 1 st each side of marker. Repeat the inc on every 5-5-4-3.5-2.5-2.5 cm a total of 6-6-7-7-9-9 times = 42-44-46-48-52-54 sts. When piece measures 48-48-47-45-45-43 cm (less for the larger sizes because of longer sleeve cap and wider shoulder) cast off 6 sts mid under sleeve (= 3 sts each side of marker) and complete piece back and forth on needle. Cast off for sleeve cap each side at the beg of every row: 2 sts 2 times, 1 st 0-0-1-3-4-5 times, then 2 sts each side until piece measures 55-55-56-56-57-57 cm, now cast off 3 sts each side 1 time. Piece measures approx 56-56-57-57-58-58 cm. Cast off remaining sts. ASSEMBLY: Sew shoulder seams. COLLAR: Pick up 102-106-112-114-116-120 sts (incl sts on stitch holder) from WS round neckline on circular needle size 7 mm (pick up from WS because collar is folded towards RS). K 1 row (this now becomes WS), AT THE SAME TIME inc 31-33-33-37-41-43 sts evenly = 133-139-145-151-157-163 sts. Work next row as follows from RS: 5 garter sts, rib K3/P3 until 8 sts remain, finish with K3, 5 garter sts. Continue like this until collar measures 8 cm. On next row from RS inc all P3 to P4 = 153-160-167-174-181-188 sts. Continue in rib K3/P4. When collar measures 22 cm work 6 rows garter st on all sts. Cast off. FURTHER ASSEMBLY: Set in sleeves. Sew on buttons. |
