How to knit garter stitch in the round on double pointed needles
Knit as follows: 1st round: P, 2nd round: K, repeat 1st and 2nd round.

Hallo, vielen Dank für die Anleitungen! Ein Problem habe ich: Wie vermeide ich beim krausrechts in Runden Stricken die Stufe am Rundenende, die wie eine unschön verschobene Naht aussieht? Viele freundliche Grüße

Liebe Christiane, den Faden am Ende der Reihe können Sie etwas fest ziehen, damit die letzte linke Masche an der gleichen Höhe wie die erste linke Masche der Runde liegt. Viel Spaß beim stricken!

20.06.2016 - 09:22Le point présenté dans cette vidéo est un point jersey. Le point mousse se fait en tricotant tous les points sur tous les rangs à l'endroit, toutefois la technique reste la même. Merci pour vos explications.

Bonjour Mme Dignocourt, effectivement, pour tricoter du point mousse en allers-retours (en "rangs"), on tricote tous les rangs à l'endroit. Dans cette vidéo, nous montrons comment tricoter du point mousse en rond, et dans ce cas, on alterne 1 tour à l'end, 1 tour à l'env pour créer chaque côte mousse (l'équivalent de 2 rangs end). En tricotant tous les tours à l'end quand on tricote en rond, on obtient du jersey. Bon tricot!

06.01.2013 - 02:03Thanks for the helpful videos, they all play perfectly on my laptop with Vista. My Norwegian grandmother taught how to knit the Norwegian way when I was very young. It has been 25 years since I have knitted and these videos are helping me remember how to knit again. Thank you.
