Im confused with A-3 When piece measures 45cm /17 3/4'' in the side, work 4 rows in garter st over the outermost 7sts in each side (work the other sts as before). I'm trying to do the armholes. I'm not really understanding how the pattern is written.
18.12.2014 - 21:50DROPS Design answered:
Dear Danielle, when piece measures 45cm, K the 7 sts at beg and end of row (= do not work them in A.3 anymore) until you have 2 ridges over these sts (= K 4 rows over these 7 sts). On next row, bind off 4 sts each side (K3 sts remain each side = edge for armhole) and continue as before with 3 sts in garter st each side. Happy knitting!

Can you make this without the kid-silk? How fuzzy does this sweater wind up? Are there any detail photos that would help me visualize the two yarns knit together?
01.10.2014 - 17:06DROPS Design answered:
Dear Ashley, you can have a look on the shadecard to Kid-Silk - the vest is worked with 1 thread of 2 qualities group A so that you can use another yarn from group A to replace Kid-Silk. Your DROPS store may help you if required. Happy knitting!

On avait 37 m - 8 m = 29 m. Bon tricot!

When edge measures 11-11-12-12-13-13 cm, continue to work as follows (1st row = WS). 3 sts in garter st, * A-5, K 5 (P from RS) *, repeat from *-*, finish with A-5 and 3 sts in garter st.
