We have finally reached the last clue of our mystery Crochet-Along – and once you have completed the last two rounds you will have a beautiful blanket and the mystery will have been solved! We are using the following colors in the last two rounds:
ROUND 1: 05 light wash
ROUND 2: 06 light jeans blue
ROUND 1:
Work 1 slip stitch in each of the next 2 double crochets, 1 slip stitch around the chain-space, 3 chain stitches, read CROCHET INFO below, 2 double crochets around the chain-space, 3 chain stitches (corner), 3 double crochets around the same chain-space.
CROCHET INFO:
The first double crochet at the beginning of the round is replaced by 3 chain stitches. The round finishes with 1 slip stitch in the 3rd chain stitch.
Now work along the whole of the long-side as follows: 2 chain stitches, skip 2 stitches, work 1 double crochet in the next stitch, but adjust so that there are 62 chain-spaces along the long-side and that the side finishes with 2 chain stitches, skip 2 stitches.
CORNER:
Work 3 double crochets around the chain-space, 3 chain stitches, 3 double crochets around the same chain-space.
Work the first short-side in the same way as the first long-side, but adjust so that there are 48 chain-spaces along the short-side and that it finishes with 2 chain stitches, skip 2 stitches. Then work the corners, the next long-side and short-side as described above.
Finish the round with 1 slip stitch in the 3rd chain stitch at the beginning of the round, read CROCHET INFO above, do not cut the strand.
ROUND 2:
Work 1 slip stitch in each of the next 2 double crochets, 1 slip stitch around the next chain-space, at the same time as you change to light jeans blue, read COLOR CHANGE TIP below, cut the light wash strand. Work 3 chain stitches, 2 double crochets around the chain-space, 3 chain stitches (corner), 3 double crochets around the same chain-space.
COLOR CHANGE TIP:
To get a neat transition when changing colors, work the last stitch before the color change with the new color.
Skip 2 stitches and work 1 single crochet in the next stitch, skip 2 stitches and work in the next stitch as follows: * 3 double crochets, 1 chain stitch and 3 double crochets, skip 2 stitches, 1 single crochet in the next stitch, skip 2 stitches *, repeat *-* for the whole side so that there are 31 fans along the long-side.
CORNER:
Work 3 double crochets in the chain-space, 3 chain stitches, 3 double crochets in the same chain-space.
Work the first short-side in the same way as the first long-side so that there are 24 fans along the short-side.
Then work the corners, the next long-side and short-side as described above.
Finish the round with 1 slip stitch in the 3rd chain stitch at the beginning of the round, Cut and fasten all the strands.
Our finished blanket should now measure approx. 115 x 90 cm / X''.

Quería daros las gracias por hacerme este confinamiento debido al covid 19 más llevadero. Tenía un poquito olvidada mi manta y ha sido un refugio para mi mente tras los duros dias que hemos pasado. Es tan bonita como imaginé. Mil gracias por mantener la info en internet.
