For a yarn combination with a dark, rustic look, try working together DROPS Soft Tweed 08, peppercorn and DROPS Kid-Silk 12, beige.
The result is warm and super soft, with a knitting gauge of about 16 stitches = 10 cm = 4" using 5 mm = US 8 needles, which is a perfect fit for our Yarn Group C patterns.
Remember however that knitting tension varies from person to person and that the suggested needle size is only a guide. You can adjust the needle size to get a different tension - or match the tension recommended in the pattern you are working with. Just make a swatch!Colours combined:
DROPS Kid-Silk 12, beige +
DROPS Soft Tweed 08, peppercorn
Knitting tension group: 17 - 16 stitches (5 - 5.5mm)
Care: Wondering how to care/wash for projects in this yarn combination? A general guideline is to follow the washing instructions for the most delicate of both yarns, but you can read more specific info about how to wash the most common yarn combinations here.
