When working a round yoke top down you can increase by using markers on the row and work the increases alternatively on the right and the left of each marker. In this DROPS video we show you how to do this. Here we work back and forth, but the technique is the same if you work in the round. In the video we placed 6 markers on the row and in the first row we increase by working 2 dc in 1 dc on the RIGHT side of each marker (or BEFORE the marker) and in the second row we increase by working 2 dc in 1 dc on the LEFT side of each marker (or AFTER the marker). REMEMBER - you will also need to read the pattern to be able to follow. Hei Charlotte. Når du skal sette merketrådene (i hver side) er du ferdig med å hekle A.2 og det hekles nå bare A.1. Du setter også et merke (midt bak), arbeidet måles videre fra dette merket. Din beskrivning av økning jevnt fordelt er helt riktig :) mvh DROPS Design

Hallo Ingrid, De meesten zijn inderdaad met een siersteek, maar misschien is dit patroon geschikt. Je kunt hem dan in 1 kleur haken.

I am not sure why when I do this, the right side is getting more and more stitches and the left side is remaining the same - for example I started with markers after 13 chains on the left and right, after few rounds, my left side is still 13 chains before the increase, the right is 15 chains.. could you show at least 4 rows how it looks like for this increase?

Dear Mrs Ling, you are increasing as shown in the video ie repeat the 2 rows with inc, these are not raglan dec, but only for circular yoke, so that the markers do not delimitate pieces in work, only where to inc. Happy crocheting!

In this DROPS video we how to make 3 strands out of 1 single strand from a ball of yarn. 1. Make a simple loop (like the loop worked when you begin any crochet project) and pull it to approx. 2-3 cm = ¾"-1⅛" in length. 2. Thread the strand from the skein through this loop, creating a new loop of approx. 40-50 cm = 15¾"-19¾". 3. Lay this loop alongside the working strand, so 1 strand becomes 3 strands. 4. Knit or crochet using these 3 strands until there is approx. 2 cm = ¾" left. Repeat points 2 to 4.
