Our videos do not have sound. We are a worldwide company and our videos are watched by people speaking endless of different languages and many do not understand English. So since there is not a given language for us to use, we instead have written instructions to accompany the video, and then there is no sound to disturb while watching.

Liebe Frau Puff, schauen Sie mal das Video: ab ca 06:31 zeigen wir, wie das Muster weiter mit Diagonal gestrickt wird, dh immer 1 Masche früher die 2 M rechts zusammen stricken, damit die Diagonale forsetzt. Viel Spaß beim stricken!

Dear Joan, A.1 (= repeat of 5 stitches): 1st row: K3, K2tog, 1YO between 2 sts, You repeat this on the round the number of times necessary. 2nd row: (K1, P1, K3) on the round. 3ª row: (K2, K2tog, 1YO, K1) on the round. Happy knitting!

Liebe Frau Kohli, der Pfeil für Strickrichtung in A.2 zeigt nur wie die Quadrate gelegt und zusammengenäht wird, dh Pfeil betrifft nicht A.1 und das Video/Muster. Viel Spaß beim stricken!

Dear SallyF, you can slow down the video by clicking on the small "star wheel" for settings to the video. And remember to follow the diagram at the same time. Happy knitting!

Peut-etre pourriez-vous corriger la petite erreur pour éviter aux tricoteuses en herbes comme moi de devoir tout détricoter pour avoir un beau résultat !!!

Bonjour Mme Morin-Gosselin, après avoir tricoté les 6 rangs de A.1, continuez le motif comme avant pour que les diagonales se suivent - après 1 fois A.1 en hauteur, vous commencez le diagramme par 2 m ens à l'end, 1 jeté et ainsi de suite (time code à partir de 6:30 dans la vidéo). Bon tricot!

Dear Mrs Balakumar, after row 6, repeat diagram from row 1, but continue lace pattern logically as shown in video, so that holes are always worked diagonnaly. On row 7, you will start with K2 tog, YO, then repeat A.1 in width as before. Happy knitting!

How to work a blanket from corner to corner
In this DROPS video we show how to work a blanket in garter st from corner to corner. We show how to inc on both sides in the beginning, then we show dec/inc to keep the same number of sts in the middle piece, and then the dec on both sides at the end. We only show a small blanket.
