In this DROPS video we show how to work the 8 first rows in the Burning Leaves shawl in DROPS 204-3 that is knitted with English rib. We have already cast on and purl 1 row, and start the video from the 1st row from the wrong side (WS). We also show how to bind off, where we cast off the yarn overs as normal stitches. We do this to avoid the bind off edge being tight. You will find the written description under the pattern/click on the picture below. This shawl is knitted in DROPS Kid Silk, but in the video we work with a thicker yarn; DROPS Snow.
