In this DROPS video, we show you how to crochet the shopping net in DROPS 187-17. We show the beginning of the bottom (we put a marker to show the 1st stitch on the round). We crochet a smaller number of stitches / rounds in the video than it says in the pattern. At time 06:05 in the video we show the beginning of the 1st round of the net. Insert 1marker at the beginning of next round, it make it easier to see where the 1st chain space is when crochet. Now crochet more chain stitches every round, - read the pattern. When the net is finish, crochet an edge with half treble crochet, double crochet and slip stitches. This net is crocheted in DROPS muskat, but in the video we work with a thicker yarn; DROPS Snow. Dag Ans,

Dit is wel een beetje het karakter van deze tas, dat hij uitrekt bij het dragen. Dat komt door het gaatjespatroon en kun je eigenlijk niks aan doen. Het scheelt wel een beetje als je met een dunnere haaknaald werkt, waardoor de steken zelf wat strakker worden.

Dag Pernilla,

Op toer 3 haak je 1 vaste in de eerste steek en 2 vasten in de volgende steek, dit herhaal je steeds op de toer. Op toer 4 haak je 1 vaste in de eerste steek, 1 vaste in de tweede steek, 2 vasten in de derde steek. Dit herhaal je steeds. Op toer 5 haak je 1 vaste in de eerste steek, 1 vaste in de tweede steek, 1 vaste in de derde steek, 2 vasten in de vierde steek. Op 6e toer haak je 4 vasten en in de 5e vaste 2 steken. Zo ga je elke toer verder met steeds 1 steek meer voordat je 2 vasten in 1 steek haakt.

The British version calls them half trebles, which would be half doubles in American terminology. Is the term half single crochet used in the pattern a typo?
