DROPS DOUBLE POINTED NEEDLES and CIRCULAR NEEDLE (40 cm) SIZE 5 mm - or size needed to get 17 sts x 22 rows in stocking st = 10 x 10 cm.
DROPS CIRCULAR NEEDLE (40 cm) SIZE 4 mm – for rib.

NECK WARMER:
Circumference: approx. 85 cm
Height: 30 cm

200 g colour no 0500, light grey

DROPS CIRCULAR NEEDLE (60 cm) SIZE 5 mm - or size needed to get 17 sts x 22 rows in stocking st = 10 x 10 cm.
DROPS CIRCULAR NEEDLE (60 cm) SIZE 4 mm – for rib.

Pattern instructions

NOTE: This pattern is written in British English. All measurements in charts are in cm. For conversion from cm to inches - click here. PATTERN:
See diagrams A.1, A.2 and A.4.

GARTER ST (worked in the round):
* K 1 round and P 1 round *, repeat from *-*. 1 ridge = 2 rounds.

HAT:
Worked in the round on circular needle, switch to double pointed needles when needed. Cast on 88 sts on circular needle size 4 mm with Nepal and K 1 round. Then work rib = P 2/K 2. Work rib for 4 cm, then switch to circular needle size 5 mm and work as follows: A.1 (= 30 sts), A.2 over the next 58 sts. Continue like this until piece measures 20 cm. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION Now work in GARTER ST over all sts, AT THE SAME TIME K all sts tog 2 by 2 = 44 sts. Work 2 ridges, K 1 round and AT THE SAME TIME K all sts tog 2 by 2 = 22 sts. P 1 round. K 1 round and AT THE SAME TIME K all sts tog 2 by 2 = 11 sts. Pull yarn through the remaining sts, tighten tog and fasten.

NECK WARMER:
Cast on 148 sts on circular needle size 4 mm with Nepal. K 1 round, then work rib = P 2/K 2. Work rib for 4 cm, switch to circular needle size 5 mm, then work as follows: * A.2 over the first 16 sts, A.4 (= 58 sts) *, repeat from *-* 2 times in total. Work this pattern until neck warmer measures 26 cm, switch to circular needle size 4 mm, and work rib (P 2/K 2). Work rib for 4 cm, then cast off with K over K and P over P.

Buonasera, Con i ferri a diritto devo leggere il diagramma nel seguente modo? dal basso verso l'alto. I ferri dispari da destra verso sinistra, seguendo i simboli come si presentano. I ferri pari da sinistra a destra, invertendo i simboli, quindi il quadrato vuoto a rovescio e il quadrato con trattino a dritto. Grazie

Necesito saber si el patron viene la vuelta del reves o hay que hacerla imaginaria y si en la vuelta reves son los mismos puntos.

Hola Vicenta. El gorro y el cuello se trabajan en redondo, es decir siempre por el LD ( no hay vtas de revés). Se trabajan según los diagramas. Los diagramas muestran todas las vtas del patrón.

Bonjour Pascale, les jetés des diagrammes A.1 et A.4 se tricotent "normalement" pour former un jour, c'est-à-dire à l'endroit au tour suivant (on tricote ici en rond). Bon tricot!
