Er det ikke fejl, i antallet af indtag af masker, til ribben? 4 går ikke op i 54, 58 og 62 masker.

Hej Marianne, det er først efter ribben du tager ind og da skal du fortsætte i glatstrik :)

It is regarding Drops Fabel Print - do the balls of yarn start at the same place colour wise. I want to knit a pair of matching socks.
11.03.2021 - 22:46DROPS Design answered:
Dear Jackie, the balls don't necessarily start at the same point of the color/print sequence. If you want matching socks, you might have to take off a bit of yarn, and look for the same color/print to start with. Happy Knitting!

Bon tricot!

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- HEEL DECREASE: ROW 1 (= right side): Knit until there are 7-8-8 stitches left, slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch, turn the piece. ROW 2 (= wrong side): Purl until there are 7-8-8 stitches left, slip 1 stitch as if to purl, purl 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the purled stitch, turn the piece. ROW 3 (= right side): Knit until there are 6-7-7 stitches left, slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch, turn the piece. ROW 4 (= wrong side): Purl until there are 6-7-7 stitches left, slip 1 stitch as if to purl, purl 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the purled stitch, turn the piece. Continue to decrease like this, working until there is 1 stitch less each time before slipping a stitch and until there are 14-14-16 stitches left on the needle. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- SOCKS - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The piece is worked in the round with double pointed needles. SOCK: Cast on 60-64-68 stitches with double pointed needles size 3 mm and with yellow/pink. Work 1 round with stocking stitch. Continue with rib (knit 2 / purl 2) for 2 cm. Then continue with stocking stitch; AT THE SAME TIME, on round 1, decrease 6-6-6 stitches evenly spaced = 54-58-62 stitches. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! When the piece measures 5-7-9 cm, work 2 rows with sea mist, 2 rows with yellow/pink, 2 rows with sea mist and 2 rows with yellow/pink. Continue with sea mist. When the piece measures 9-11-13 cm, keep the first 26-28-30 stitches on the needle for the heel and place the last 28-30-32 stitches on 1 thread (= top of foot). Work stocking stitch back and forth over the heel stitches for 5-5½-6 cm. Insert 1 marker in the piece. Then work HEEL DECREASE – see description above! After the heel decrease, knit up 13-14-16 stitches along each side of the heel and place the 28-30-32 stitches from the thread back on the needles = 68-72-80 stitches. Insert 1 marker on each side of the 28-30-32 stitches on the top of the foot. Continue with stocking stitch in the round, AT THE SAME TIME decrease on each side as follows: knit twisted the last 2 stitches before the first marker on top of foot and knit together the first 2 stitches after the second marker. Repeat this decrease every 2nd round a total of 8-8-10 times = 52-56-60 stitches. When the piece measures 11-12-13 cm from the marker on the heel, work 2 rows with lavender, 2 rows with sea mist, 2 rows with lavender, 2 rows with sea mist. Then finish the sock using lavender. Continue until the piece measures 18-19-21 cm from the marker on the heel (= 4-5-6 cm left to finished length). Insert 1 marker in each side with 26-28-30 stitches both on top of and under the foot. Continue with stocking stitch, AT THE SAME TIME decrease for the toe on each side of both markers as follows: Before the marker: knit 2 together. After the marker: knit 2 twisted together. Repeat this decrease every 2nd round a total of 4-7-9 times and then every round 6-3-2 times = 12-16-16 stitches left on the needles. On the next round knit all stitches together 2 and 2. Cut the strand, pull it through the remaining stitches, tighten and fasten well. Work the other sock in the same way. |
