Just to be clear, towards the end of right front piece, between the asterisk’s (* *) does this mean knit 1 ridge back and forth then l ridge of just 18 stitches back and forth and then repeat these 2 ridges till given measurements arrived at?
18.11.2022 - 13:13DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Crawshaw, you will work 1 ridge over all stitches, 1 ridge over the first outermost 18 stitches (towards mid front) and repeat these 4 rows/2 ridges until the shortest side measures ca 11-12-13 cm from shoulder (the outermost side towards mid front will be double so long). Happy knitting!

Bonjour!

Bon tricot!

Hi there, for the pattern “Everything After” /ks 095. I just wish to knit this pattern in one colour from yarn group c as suggested, specifically Drops Air, how many balls will l need please? Thanking you in advance of your welcome response.
10.09.2022 - 14:56DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Crawshaw, use the amount of yarn in colour no 22 as a basis, and double this amount of yarn (you work with 2 strands), then use our yarn converter - make sure to choose "2 threads" for Kid-Silk. Happy knitting!

Was mache ich also/verstehe ich falsch?

Piece now measures approx. 57-58-58-58-58-58 cm. ASSEMBLY: Sew the shoulder seams. Sew in sleeves. Sew sleeve and side seams in one inside 1 edge st. Sew collar tog mid back in outer loops of edge sts to avoid a chunky seam. Sew collar to neck line in the back of neck with neat little stitches. POCKETS: Cast on 31-31-34-34-38-38 sts on circular needle size 4.5 mm with 1 strand ash grey + 1 strand light steel blue (= 2 strands) and work in stocking st back and forth on needle until piece measures approx. 16-16-18-18-20-20 cm. Work 2 ridges, loosely cast off. Knit another pocket. Place one pocket on each front piece approx. in the middle between side and band with bottom edge of pocket approx. 7 cm over edge in garter st (try the jacket on for placement). Sew the pockets on with neat stitches. |
