CROCHET INFO: ROUND 1, 2 and 4 (rounds beg with tr): Replace first tr with 3 ch and finish round with 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of round. BOBBLE: Work 1 bobble with 4 tr over 2 tr from previous round as follows: * Work 1 tr in next tr - but wait with last pull through, 1 tr the same way *, (= 3 sts on hook), repeat from *-* in next tr, pull thread through all 5 sts on hook. BOBBLE BEG: Work 1 bobble with 4 tr over 2 tr - but replace 1st tr with 3 ch. PATTERN: See diagrams A.1 (= square) and A.2 (= assembly). ---------------------------------------------------------- SQUARE: Worked in the round. See diagram A.1. Work 6 ch with Big Delight on hook size 5 mm and form a ring with 1 sl st in 1st ch. ROUND 1: Work 16 tr in ch-ring - READ CROCHET INFO - finish with 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of round. ROUND 2: Work 1 BOBBLE BEG - read explanation above - over the first 2 tr, 3 ch, * 1 BOBBLE - read explanation above - over the next 2 tr, 3 ch *, repeat from *-* the entire round, finish with 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of round = 8 bobbles and 8 ch-loops. ROUND 3: Work 1 ch, 1 dc in 1st ch-bobble, * 3 ch, 1 dc in next bobble, 7 ch (= corner), 1 dc in next bobble *, repeat from *-* the entire round - but when repeating last time, do not work last dc but work 1 sl st in 1st dc from beg of round = 8 dc and 8 ch-loops. ROUND 4: In 1st ch-loop work 5 tr, * 1 ch, in next ch-loop work 4 tr, 3 ch and 4 tr (= corner), 1 ch, in next ch-loop work 5 tr *, repeat from *-* the entire round - but when repeating last time, work 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of round. BLANKET: Work 130 squares in total. ASSEMBLY: Work squares tog alongside and then across. Place the squares with 10 squares in breadth and 13 squares in height. Place 2 and 2 squares on top of each other WS against WS, and crochet them tog with Nepal as follows: See diagram A.2 - ** work 1 dc in ch-loop in the corner on 1st square, 1 ch, 1 dc in ch-loop in the corner on 2nd square, * 5 ch, 1 dc in next ch-loop on 1st square, 1 ch, 1 dc in next ch-loop on 2nd square *, repeat from *-* until next corner, finish with 3 ch for transition to next square **. Repeat from **-**. Crochet an edge with Nepal around the entire blanket as follows: ** Work 1 dc in corner on one square, * 5 ch, 1 dc in next ch-loop *, repeat from *-* 2 more times (3 times in total), work 3 ch for transition to next square **. Repeat from **-** around the blanket but work as follows in every corner: Work 1 dc, 3 ch and 1 dc in ch-loop in the corner. |
