Hi, I can't work out the long stitch on this pattern, the video has no audio and I knit in a different way to that shown so I find it difficult to work it out just from watching the video. Are there any diagrams or further instructions on how to work this stitch? I am sure I am being thick! Thank you.
12.11.2022 - 17:48DROPS Design answered:
Hi Sarah, You work in the strand between the decreases from 2 rows below, knit 1 stitch in this strand and pull the stitch to a length which means it does not lie tightly across the previous rows. Happy knitting!

Bon tricot!

Hi, I want to make a much larger blanket, how many stitches should I cast on? Thank you.
17.10.2021 - 05:01DROPS Design answered:
Dear Maria, please understand that we cannot modify our patterns for each individual request. Having said that, I hope that helps you to know that the pattern is 8 stitches, so you will have to calculate the multiple of 8 plus 4 (so it will be symmetric) and the edge stitches on both side. Happy Stitching!
