In diesem DROPS Video zeigen wir, wie man Diagramm A.1 und A.2 für die Babydecke "Terracotta Dreams" DROPS Baby 39-6 strickt. Wir haben A.1 und A.2 bereits 1 x in der Höhe gestrickt und zeigen A.1 2 x in der Breite und A.2 1 x in der Breite, beidseitig stricken wir je 4 Maschen kraus rechts. Diese Decke wird laut Anleitung in DROPS Merino Extra Fine gestrickt, aber wir verwenden im Video ein dickeres Garn, DROPS Snow. Beachten Sie, dass es nötig ist, zusätzlich zum Video auch die Anleitung und die Diagramme zu lesen. Zur Anleitung gelangen Sie, wenn Sie auf das Bild unten klicken.

I do not quite understand what is meant to be done at the solid black squares. "No stitch, move directly to next square in diagram " DO you carry the yarn over two spaces? is the black square just some way to make the no. of stitches in that row " work out"?? h e l p!!!

Dear Jules, when it says no stitch it usually means that the stitch in that position was decreased on a previous row. So, according to the representation, there should be no stitch there, since it has been decreased. You simply ignore the instruction and work the next square. You don't need to leave any spaces or skip over any stitches, since the next square should be worked over the next available stitch. Happy knitting! 22.10.2023 - 22:51
Knitting goes VERY rapidly and verbal explanation is unclear. I found a well done video on youtube-- which IS helpful.
