Dear Avril, if you are working the US-crochet pattern then the crown is worked in single crochet (= US crochet) / double crochet (= UK -crochet). Happy crocheting!

Hoi Tamara. Het model gaat tot 2/4 jaar en wij kunnen geen individuele aanpassingen maken op de patronen. Je kan zelf proberen het model groter te maken met hulp van de stekenverhouding.

CROCHET INFO: Finish each row with 1 ch to turn with. INCREASING TIP: Inc 1 dc by working 2 ch at the end of row. On next row work 1 dc in second ch from hook. DECREASING TIP: Dec 1 dc as follows: work 1 dc but wait with last pull-through, work next dc but wait with last pull-through, make 1 YO and pull thread through all 3 loops on hook. ---------------------------------------------------------- HEAD BAND: Worked from side to side and sewn tog mid back. Crochet 11 loose ch (includes 1 ch to turn with) with crochet hook size 4 mm and 2 threads light blue. ROW 1: 1 dc in second ch from hook, 1 dc in each of the remaining ch = 10 dc – SEE CROCHET INFO! ROW 2: 1 dc in each dc. ROW 3: 1 dc in each dc, AT THE SAME TIME inc 1 dc at the end of row – SEE INCREASING TIP! ROW 4: 1 dc in second ch from hook, and then 1 dc in each dc = 11 dc.
