Men tipper du trenger 50-100 mindre garn. mvh DROPS design.

Knitted poncho with garter stitch and stripes. Sizes S - XXXL. The piece is worked in DROPS Fabel.
DROPS 180-27 |

INFORMATION FOR THE PATTERN: RIDGE/GARTER STITCH (worked back and forth): 1 ridge = Knit 2 rows. DECREASE/INCREASE TIP (evenly spaced): To work out how to decrease/increase evenly, count the total number of stitches on the needle (e.g. 163 stitches), and divide by the number of decreases/increases to be made (e.g. 16) = 10.1. In this example, decrease by knitting together approx. every 9th and 10th stitch. When increasing, make 1 yarn over after approx. every 10th stitch. On the next row knit the yarn overs twisted to prevent holes. STRIPES: When working stripes, do not cut the strands, take them onwards as you work. Make sure the strands are not tight! STRIPE 1 = 1 ridge with green/turquoise STRIPE 2 = 1 ridge with guacamole STRIPE 3 = 1 ridge with picnic Repeat the stripes in this order onwards. ---------------------------------------------------------- PONCHO: The piece is worked in 2 parts which are sewn together to finish. It is worked back and forth with circular needle. Cast on 163-172-182-188 stitches with circular needle size 4mm and picnic. Knit 1 row where you decrease 16 stitches evenly on row – read DECREASE/INCREASE TIP (evenly spaced), you decrease like this so that the cast on edge is not tight = 147-156-166-172 stitches. Work GARTER STITCH and STRIPES – see description above. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! When the piece measures 40-44-47-50 cm – adjust so that the next row is the first row with picnic, increase 16 stitches evenly on row – remember DECREASE/INCREASE TIP = 163-172-182-188 stitches. Cast off. Work 1 more part in the same way. ASSEMBLY: Sew the one short side on the first part to the long side on the second part – see illustration A.1 and the two stars. Then sew the short side on the second part to the long side on the first part – see illustration A.1 and the two crosses. Sew in the outermost loop of the outermost stitch. Make sure the seams are not tight! |
