Bon travail!

Dear Mrs Gates, you have now to shape armholes on each side, ie at the beg + at the end of row, dec as explained under DECREASING TIP, ie on 1st row, slip st in the first 4 dc, ch 3 for 1st dc (= 3 dc decreased) and continue as before, until 3 dc remains at the end of row, turn and slip st in the first 3 dc, 3 ch for 1st dc (= 2 sts dec at the beg of row), work until 2 dc remains at the end of row, turn and continue dec as explained for your size. Happy crocheting!

When piece measures 33-33-31-31-30-29 cm – less for the larger sizes because of longer sleeve cap and wider shoulder – cast off for sleeve cap each side on every row – SEE DECREASING TIP: 3 tr 1 time, 2 tr 3-3-4-4-4-4 times, 1 tr 0-1-1-2-3-5 times, then 2 tr each side until piece measures 40-41-41-42-42-43 cm, now cast off 3 tr 1 time each side, cut and fasten the thread. ASSEMBLY: Sew shoulder seams, edge to edge. Set in sleeves and sew sleeve and side seams, edge to edge. Sew on the 5 buttons, place them evenly on left front piece and use the gap between 2 tr on right front band as buttonholes. NECKLINE: Crochet 80 to 90 tr round neckline with crochet hook size 4 mm and Muskat. Work 2 rows with 1 tr in each tr, cut and fasten the thread |
