Bon crochet!

I've followed the pattern 3 times and it seems to be large. There's no decreasing before the brim when you are working on the dc groups. My gauge is fine.
23.02.2014 - 05:20DROPS Design answered:
Dear Stephanie, take care you keep same tension when crocheting the dc-groups, you may also adjust to your own size crocheting less sc/dc-groups around. Happy crocheting!

Round 10 says to sc, then round 11 says to d/c in each d/c. And it came out large, even with a G hook.
17.02.2014 - 02:59DROPS Design answered:
Dear Paula, round 11 worked with dc (us-english) is for the brim around the hat. Do not forget to keep your gauge (17 sc/dc = 4"/10 cm). Happy crocheting!
