Bag with stripes in DROPS Ice and Muskat Soft Crochet info-1: Replace first dc on round with 1 ch. Finish each round with 1 sl st in first ch from beg of round. Crochet info-2: Always replace first dc on row with 1 ch. Lobster st: Like dc, but backwards, i.e. crochet from left to right. Bag: Crochet 35 ch with crochet hook size 8 mm and 1 thread blue Ice and 1 thread Muskat Soft (double thread). Round 1: crochet 1 dc in second ch from hook and continue with 1 dc in each ch, on both sides of ch = 68 dc (34 dc on each side). Continue in the round with 1 dc in each dc – see Crochet info-1 – at the same time work stripes as follows: 5 rounds Muskat Soft and blue Ice 9 rounds Muskat Soft and white Ice 5 rounds Muskat Soft and blue Ice 3 rounds Muskat Soft and white Ice 3 rounds Muskat Soft and blue Ice 7 rounds Muskat Soft and white Ice Now crochet 1 round lobster sts – see above - with blue Ice. Piece measures approx 33 cm. Strap: Crochet 7 ch with crochet hook size 8 mm and blue Ice. Crochet 1 dc in second ch from hook and continue with 1 dc in each ch = 6 dc. See Crochet info-2! Now crochet 1 dc in each dc until strap measures approx 62 cm. Fold strap double and sew tog, but leave approx 5 cm open either end. Crochet another strap and attach straps to bag with approx 18 cm between strap ends each side. Sew straps to bag with strap seam on the inside. ___________________________________________________ Bag with stripes in DROPS Ice Bag: Crochet 35 ch with crochet hook size 8 mm and blue Ice and continue as described for bag above. At the same time work stripes as follows: * 4 rounds blue, 4 rounds white*, repeat from *-* until piece measures approx 32 cm – adjust so that the last stripe is blue. Work 1 round with lobster sts – see above – in red. Strap: Crochet 2 straps in red as described for the above pattern. |
