Hei Dorthe. A.2 viser kun hvordan omgangene starter og slutter, altså A.2 hekles bare 1 gang pr omgang. mvh DROPS Design

Hi there, I would like to confirm the 4 chain stitches on the first round of A3, after the scissors symbol (2tr,2ch,2tr) is correct as it doesn’t stay flat as I continue on the round, 4 seems too many, should this be 1 chain rather than 4 please? Many thanks Nicola

Dear Nicola, yes diagram is correct, make sure your chain stitches are not wider than your trebles are. Happy crocheting!

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- PATTERN: See diagrams A.1, A.2 and A.3. Diagram A.2 shows how rounds start and finish in diagram A.3. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- SEATING PAD - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The piece is worked in the round from the centre out. When the piece is finished it is felted in the washing machine. SEATING PAD: Start with hook size 7 mm and Snow and work according to diagram A.1 - work in the round without turning the piece until A.1 is finished. Turn the piece and continue in the round from this side as follows: Work according to diagram A.3 a total of 14 times on the round (A.2 shows how the rounds start and finish). REMEMBER THE CROCHET TENSION! When the diagram has been completed the seating pad measures approx. 66 cm in diameter. Cut and fasten the strand well. FELTING: Place the seating pad in the washing machine with a detergent without enzymes and optical bleaches and together with a towel. Wash at 40 degrees with normal centrifuge and without pre-wash. After washing, shape the pad while it is still wet. Later washes are as a normal wool garment. AFTER FELTING: If the piece is not felted enough and is too big: Wash the piece one more time in the washing machine while it is still wet add a terry towel that measures approx. 50 x 70 cm - NOTE: Do not use a short program. If the piece has been felted too much and is too small: While the piece is still wet stretch it to the correct measurements, if the piece is dry, make sure to soak it first. Remember: All subsequent washes are as a normal wool garment. |
