Hei, voit aloittaa kappaleiden neulomisen haluamallasi värillä.

03.10.2019 - 03:33DROPS Design answered:
Hej Trine, jo men du tager kun ud i midten 7 gange, men inden for de 2 masker i hver side tager du ud 29 gange.

Are the sleeves raglan or not I am finding the pattern very difficult to follow, and have done the sleeves but they seem to be different from the back and front, and what is the measurement to the armhole shaping.
29.05.2019 - 13:52DROPS Design answered:
Hi Yvonne. The right sleeve is worked with a raglan increase - ie: you increase in each side, every 2. round. Similarly to the body, it's worked with garter stitches to begin with, and then in ridge pattern. The left sleeve is worked with ridge pattern, back and forth, top down. There's no raglan on the left sleeve, since the front and back pieces are worked in an angle / diagonal. The measurements for sleeve opening can be found at the measurement sketch at the bottom of the page. Happy knitting.

Dear Mrs Porton, only one of the sleeve is raglan (= right sleeve when jumper is worn) - see also on measurement chart. Happy knitting!

Powodzenia!

---------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATION FOR THE PATTERN: ---------------------------------------------------------- GARTER STITCH (back and forth): 1 ridge = knit 2 rows. STRIPES: * Knit 2 rows with grey, knit 2 rows with mint chocolate *, work from *-*. The first row in each stripe is always worked from the right side. Move the yarn upwards in the side but make sure not to tighten the yarn. RIDGE PATTERN: Work 1 ridge (= 2 rows, first row = right side) with grey. Work 2 rows in stocking stitch with mint chocolate. Repeat these 4 rows. DECREASE TIP (applies to sleeves): All decreases are done from the right side! Decrease 1 stitch after 2 stitches as follows: Knit 2 together. Decrease 1 stitch before 2 stitches as follows: Work until 4 stitches remain, slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over stitch knitted, work 2 stitches as before. INCREASE TIP (applies to raglan): All increases are done from the right side. Increase with yarn over, work yarn over twisted on next row to avoid holes. Increase on each side of marker as follows: Work until 1 stitch remains before marker, 1 yarn over, knit 2 (marker is in the middle of these stitches), 1 yarn over. ---------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ---------------------------------------------------------- JUMPER - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: Work front and back piece back and forth on circular needle, bottom up in garter stitch, separately. Begin in one corner and increase stitches out to width in bottom edge, then decrease and increase for shoulder, neck and side. Work left sleeve back and forth in ridge pattern top down. Work right sleeve back and forth top down, first in garter stitch, then in ridge pattern. Sew in sleeves at the end. FRONT PIECE: Cast on 3 stitches on circular needle size 8 mm with Big Delight. Knit 1 row (= from wrong side). Now work in STRIPES – see explanation above, and increase as follows: ROW 1 (= right side): Work 1 edge stitch in GARTER STITCH - read explanation above, 1 yarn over, 1 stitch in garter stitch, 1 yarn over, 1 stitch in garter stitch = 5 stitches. ROW 2 (= wrong side): Knit all stitches, do not work yarn overs twisted; they should make holes. ROW 3 (= right side): Work 1 stitch in garter stitch, 1 yarn over, work in garter stitch until 1 stitch remains, 1 yarn over, 1 stitch in garter stitch (= 2 stitches increased). ROW 4 (= wrong side): Knit all stitches, do not work yarn overs twisted; they should make holes. Repeat 3rd and 4th row. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! Continue like this until piece measures 55-59-63-68-74-80 cm measured along last stitch from right side (= bottom edge). Piece measures approx. 39-42-45-48-52-57 cm measured from tip (= cast-on edge) in knitting direction. There are approx. 93-99-107-113-123-133 stitches on needle. Width and length are now finished in size XXXL, but 13-11-9-6-2 cm is missing in the other sizes. SIZE S-M-L-XL-XXL: Then work as follows: ROW 1 (= right side): Work 1 stitch in garter stitch, 1 yarn over (= 1 stitch increased), work in garter stitch until 3 stitches remain, knit 2 together (= 1 stitch decreased), 1 stitch in garter stitch. ROW 2 (= wrong side): Knit all stitches, do not work yarn over twisted; it should make holes. I.e. number of stitches is the same (this is done to make the piece higher not wider). Work 1st and 2nd row until piece measures 68-70-72-74-76 cm measured along first stitch from right side (= height of garment). Piece measures approx. 48-50-52-52-54-57 cm from tip (= cast-on edge) in knitting direction. ALL SIZES: = 93-99-107-113-123-133 stitches. Insert 1 marker in first stitch from right side. NOW MEASURE PIECE FROM HERE! Then work as follows: ROW 1 (= right side): Work 1 stitch in garter stitch, slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over stitch worked, work in garter stitch until 3 stitches remain, knit 2 together and finish with 1 stitch in garter stitch (= 2 stitches decreased). ROW 2 (= wrong side): Knit all stitches. Make shoulder at the beginning of row and height in the side of garment at the end of row from right side. Work 1st and 2nd row until piece measures 17-19-21-24-27-30 cm from marker (measured along first stitch from right side = left shoulder). Piece measures approx. 60-64-67-69-73-78 cm from tip (= cast-on edge) in knitting direction. There are approx. 65-67-73-73-79-85 stitches on needle. On next row from right side cast off for neck as follows: Work 1 stitch in garter stitch, slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over stitch worked (= 1 stitch decreased), work 3 stitches in garter stitch, slip them on 1 stitch holder (= 5 stitches slipped on a stitch holder), cast off the next 16 stitches by knitting (= for neck), work in garter stitch until 3 stitches remain, knit 2 together (= 1 stitch decreased) and finish with 1 stitch in garter stitch = approx. 42-44-50-50-56-62 stitches. Knit 1 row from wrong side. Then work as follows: ROW 1 (= right side): Knit until 3 stitches remain, knit 2 together (= 1 stitch decreased) and finish with 1 stitch in garter stitch. ROW 2 (= wrong side): Knit all stitches. Work 1st and 2nd row until piece measures 10-10-11-11-13-14 cm from where stitches were cast off for neck, measured in knitting direction and 70-74-77-79-81-88 cm from tip (= cast-on edge) in knitting direction. There are approx. 31-33-38-38-41-46 stitches on needle. Loosely cast off by knitting. Slip the 5 stitches from stitch holder back on circular needle size 8 mm. Work as follows: ROW 1 (= from wrong side): Knit all stitches. ROW 2 (= from right side): Slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over stitch worked (= 1 stitch decreased), knit 1, knit 2 together (= 1 stitch decreased) = 3 stitches. ROW 3 (= from wrong side): Knit all stitches. ROW 4: Slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit 2 stitches together, pass slipped stitch over stitches worked together = 1 stitch. Cut the yarn and pull it through stitch. Fasten the strand. BACK PIECE: Cast on and work as front piece until piece measures 55-59-63-68-74-80 cm measured along first stitch from right side. SIZE S-M-L-XL-XXL: Then work as follows: ROW 1 (= right side): Work 1 stitch in garter stitch, slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over stitch worked (= 1 stitch decreased), work in garter stitch until 1 stitch remains, 1 yarn over (= 1 stitch increased). ROW 2 (= wrong side): Knit all stitches, do not work yarn over twisted; it should make holes. I.e. number of stitches is the same. Work 1st and 2nd row until piece measures 68-70-72-74-76 cm measured along first stitch (= height of garment). Piece measures approx. 48-50-52-52-54-57 cm from tip (= cast-on edge) in knitting direction. ALL SIZES: = 93-99-107-113-123-133 stitches. Insert 1 marker in first stitch. Adjust measurements and number of stitches according to front piece. Work 1st row 1 more time (= from right side). Then slip stitches on a stitch holder for neck on next row from wrong side as follows: Knit the first 5 stitches, slip them on a stitch holder, knit the rest of row = approx. 58-60-66-66-72-78 stitches. Continue with 1st and 2nd row (i.e. decrease in both sides of piece) until you have the same number of stitches as when casting off on front piece (= approx. 31-33-38-38-41-46 stitches). Piece measures approx. 17-17-18-18-19-20 cm, measured along the last stitch from right side, from where stitches were put on a stitch holder and approx. 70-74-77-79-81-88 cm from tip (= cast-on edge) in knitting direction. Loosely cast off by knitting. Slip the 5 stitches from stitch holder back on circular needle size 8 mm. Work as follows: ROW 1 (= from right side): Slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over stitch worked (= 1 stitch decreased), knit 1, knit 2 together (= 1 stitch decreased) = 3 stitches. ROW 2 (= from wrong side): Knit all stitches. ROW 3: Slip 1 stitch knitwise, knit 2 stitches together, pass slipped stitch over stitches worked together = 1 stitch. Cut the yarn and pull it through stitch. Fasten the strand. LEFT SLEEVE: Worked back and forth, top down. Cast on 67-72-75-80-85-90 stitches (including 1 edge stitch in each side of piece) on circular needle size 8 mm with grey. Work RIDGE PATTERN - read explanation above, with 1 edge stitch in garter stitch in each side of piece. When sleeve measures 2-2-2-2-4-4 cm in all sizes, decrease 1 stitch in each side of piece - read DECREASE TIP above. Decrease like this every 2-2-1½-1½-1-1 cm 17-19-20-22-24-26 times in total = 33-34-35-36-37-38 stitches. When sleeve measures 41-40-39-38-36-34 cm, work in garter stitch and stripes until finished measurements. Cast off by knitting when piece measures 46-45-44-43-41-39 cm in total. RIGHT SLEEVE (raglan): Sleeve is worked top down. Cast on 12 stitches with grey (including 1 edge stitch in each side of piece). Piece is worked in stripes and in garter stitch. Work 2 ridges. Insert 1 marker 6 stitches into the piece from right side. On next row from right side increase 1 stitch inside 2 stitches in garter stitch in each side (= 2 stitches increased) and 1 stitch on each side of marker (= 2 stitches increased) – read INCREASE TIP. Increase inside 2 stitches in garter stitch in each side every other row 21-23-25-27-29-32 times in total. Increase 1 stitch on each side of marker on every other row from right side 6-6-6-7-7-7 times in total. When all increases are done there are 66-70-74-80-84-90 stitches on row. On next row from right side, increase 1-2-1-0-1-0 stitch = 67-72-75-80-85-90 stitches. Continue in garter stitch until piece measures 21-23-24-26-28-30 cm from cast-on edge. Insert 1 marker in first stitch from right side, NOW MEASURE PIECE FROM HERE. Then work ridge pattern, with 1 edge stitch in garter stitch in each side of piece. When sleeve measures 2-2-2-2-4-4 cm, decrease 1 stitch in each side of piece. ASSEMBLY: Sew left sleeve on body approx. 25-27-28-30-32-34 cm down from shoulder with grey. Sew sleeve seam inside 1 edge stitch with grey. Sew in right sleeve inside 1 edge stitch with the colour used for cast off on body. Sew sleeve seam inside 1 edge stitch in garter stitch with grey. Sew side seams approx. 8-8-10-10-12-14 cm down from where sleeves where sewn onto body, in outer loop of edge stitch with grey (or desired length) = approx. 35-35-34-34-32-32 cm vent. |
