Ah, I got confused myself. What I meant is: For size S do you crochet rows 9-10-11 of A.8 and A.9 without an increase? And then continue on to A.11? Otherwise it doesn't match up with the sleeves. Thanks!
23.11.2017 - 14:16DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Willemij, in size S you crochet 7 rows in A.6 to A.10, there are 233 sts. Then crochet one more row (= row 8) dividing piece for sleeves at the same time = 149 sts remain for body. Now work A.11 on body. Happy crocheting!

Hi, I prefer to do this in English as I follow the pattern in English (US). Not up to date on Dutch crochet terms. My question: Where does A.13 go on the main body? I can see it mentioned on the sleeves, but nowhere on the main body, while it is there on the picture. It just says 'continue in gray' after one row of A.11. I am making an S size. This would mean less stripes and no triangles on the main body whilst they are continued on the sleeves.
23.11.2017 - 13:02DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Willemijn, A.13 is only worked at the bottom of sleeve. At the bottom of body you will work A.12. Happy crocheting!

Hallo.

This is a stunning cardigan, but I'm having a lot of problems reading this pattern and I'm about to give up even before I do a slip knot. I'm dyslexic and it's going to take days for me to break this pattern down in such a way so I can visualise what the pattern is telling me to do. I appreciate that there are videos attached to help, but you need to be able to 'read' the pattern. Is there some other way that patterns can be presented for more visual crocheters? Thanks
05.10.2017 - 19:17DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Spicer, there is only diagram to this pattern. Read thouroughly the written pattern and find here how to read a diagram. For any further individual assistance you are welcome to contact the store where you bought your yarn. Happy crocheting!

Hej!

Is there a correction for row three? I am doing size large and the stitches in the pattern including the a4 increases throughout do not add up to 137? Ie. 20+6+12+6+40+6+12+6+20+1=129 stitches which is the number of stitches for medium size. Please what am I missing?
20.07.2017 - 00:49DROPS Design answered:
Dear Mrs Miller, remember you have to inc in A.4 on every row, ie on row 1, you inc evenly a total of 20 sts + 2 sts inc in each of the four A.4 = 28 sts inc = 129 sts in total. On row 2, you inc only in A.4, ie 2 sts in each of the four A.4 = 8 sts inc + 129 sts = 137 sts. On row 3 and 4 you will inc as on row 2, ie a total of 16 sts = 137 + 16 = 153 sts. On row 5, inc evenly a total of 20 sts + 2 sts in each A.4 = 153 + (20 + 2x4) = 181 sts. Happy crocheting!

Hei Lin. 7.rad beskriver str. M-L-XL-XXL-XXXL (str. L). God fornøyelse videre på denne flotte jakken.

Work next row as follows: Repeat A.11 until 1 st remain, work last st as first st in A.11 (this is done so that the piece is the same in both sides). Continue piece in medium grey. When piece measures 4 cm from marker, dec 2 tr at each marker - READ DECREASE TIP. Dec like this every 9-5-5-10-6-6 cm 2-3-3-2-3-3 times in total = 141-153-169-189-205-229 tr. When piece measures 15-17-17-19-19-21 cm, inc 2 tr at each marker – see INCREASE TIP-2. Inc like this every 3 cm a total of 4 times = 157-169-185-205-221-245 tr. Work A.12 (= 6 sts) until 1 st remains, work first st in A.12 (this is done so that the pattern is the same in both sides). Insert 1 marker thread mid under sleeve. Insert 1 marker in piece, NOW MEASURE PIECE FROM HERE. Leave marker in piece, move marker thread when working. Work like this on next round: Work 1-0-0-0-0-1 tr, repeat A.11 over the next 56-64-72-76-80-80 tr (= 14-16-18-19-20-20 times in width), finish with 1-0-0-0-0-1 tr. When A.11 has been worked 1 time vertically, continue with medium grey. When piece measures 5 cm, dec 1 tr on each side of marker thread (= 2 tr dec). Dec like this every 3-2½-2-1½-1½-1½ cm 9-12-14-16-16-17 times in total = 40-40-44-44-48-48 tr. When piece measures 40-40-39-39-38-38 cm (shorter measurements in the larger sizes because of longer yoke), work A.13 (= 2 tr) on round. Fasten off when A.13 has been worked 1 time vertically. Piece measures approx. 70-71-72-73-74-75 cm from neck edge. Work the other sleeve the same way. BAND: Beg at top of neck edge. Worked back and forth.
