Hej, du har 7 masker, strikker 1 retstrik, 1 glatstrik, A.1 (1m), 1 glatstrik (den med mærket), A.2 (1m), 1 glatstrik, 1 retstrik. Du tager 2 masker ud i A.1 og 2 masker ud i A.2 på første pind ifølge diagrammet (husk at du starter diagrammet nedefra og strikker opad).

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- RIDGE/GARTER STITCH (worked back and forth): Knit all rows. 1 ridge = knit 2 rows. PATTERN: See diagrams A.1 and A.2. The diagrams show all rows in the pattern from the right side. CASTING-OFF TIP – elastic edge: Cast off with knit from the right side as follows: Knit 2, * insert the left needle into the 2 stitches on the right needle, from left to right and knit them together, knit 1 *, work from *-* until there is 1 stitch left on the right needle. Cut the strand and pull it through the last stitch. Casting off like this gives an elastic edge. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- SHAWL – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The piece is worked back and forth with circular needle, top down. SHAWL: Cast on 7 stitches with circular needle size 3 mm and DROPS Alpaca. Insert 1 marker in the 4th stitch (= mid-stitch); allow the marker to follow you work onwards. Work pattern as follows from the right side: 1 stitch in GARTER STITCH – read description above, 1 stitch in stocking stitch, A.1, 1 stitch in stocking stitch (= mid-stitch), A.2, 1 stitch in stocking stitch, 1 stitch in garter stitch = 4 stitches increased. Work pattern as follows from the wrong side: 1 stitch in garter stitch, 1 stitch in stocking stitch, A.2, 1 stitch in stocking stitch (= mid-stitch), A.1, 1 stitch in stocking stitch, 1 stitch in garter stitch = 2 stitches increased. Continue this pattern, increasing 4 stitches on each row from the right side and 2 stitches on each row from the wrong side. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! When A.1 and A.2 have been completed repeat in the same way, increasing towards the sides and the mid-stitch until the piece measures 29 cm (measured down the mid-stitch). Work 1 cm in stocking stitch and continue to increase as before. Work 3 ridges and continue to increase as before. Cast off with knit from the right side - read CASTING-OFF TIP. |
