Head band in DROPS 164-27

In this DROPS video we show you how to work a head band with rib. In this video we have already worked row 1 and 2 sometimes so that you easier can see the pattern. REMEMBER - you will also need to read the pattern to be able to follow. To see the pattern, go to: DROPS 164-27

DROPS Design :

Bonjour Tricotttte, tricotez bien les mailles comme indiqué aux rangs 1 et 2, autrement dit, pour tricoter les côtes, vous devez tricoter (sur l'envers): *1 m end, 1 m env, 1 m end* et répéter de *-* (vous aurez ainsi 2 m end entre chaque m env). Sur l'endroit, tricotez les mailles comme elle se présentent, sur l'endroit vous aurez 1 m end, 2 m env (en commençant par 1 m env). Bon tricot!

How to work the cable to the headband in DROPS 192-44

In this DROPS video we show how we work the cable on the headband in DROPS 192-44. We start the video with the color fog, from right side and where you have to put the first 13 stitches on an extra needle behind the work. Further description can be found under the pattern. How to start working a headband in English rib in two colours with yarn ove

In this DROPS video we show you how to work English rib in two colors with yarn over used in DROPS 192-44. We have already cast on 40 stitches and work 1st row decrease to 27 stitches. Then we show how we work English rib in the 5 next rows. You will find the written description on row 1-5 in the pattern. This headband is knitted in DROPS Air, but in video we use a thicker yarn; DROPS Snow. You must read the pattern to be able to follow this video properly. How to knit a head band with a cable mid front.

In this DROPS video we show how to knit a head band with a cable mid front. We have already cast on an x number of stitches and we knit 2, purl 2 (=rib) with 1 edge stich in each side in garter stitch (= Knit the stitch from both the right and wrong side). Work until stated measurement in the pattern, divide the piece in the middle. Work rib as before with 1 edge stitch in garter stitch in each side (until stated measurement in the pattern). Then work the second half in the same way. Place the stitches from the first half back on the needle, but change places with the second half so that the two halves are plaited mid front. Continue with rib and 1 edge stitch in garter stitch in each side until stated measurement. Cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl. Sew the head band together mid back, sewing each and every stitch on the cast-off-edge together with each and every stitch on the cast-on-edge. Make sure that the seam is not tight. Cut and fasten the strand. We use the yarn DROPS Snow in the video. You must read the pattern to be able to follow this video properly. How to knit the head band in DROPS Extra 0-1320

In this DROPS video we show you how to knit the Alanna headband after chart A.1 and A.2 in DROPS Extra 0-1320. We knit the charts with 2 stitches in garter stitch in each side and we show the charts one time in height. We fast forward in the easier sections, and at the end we show how the pattern looks after knitted the chart A.2 two times in height. This head band are made in DROPS Air, but in the video we work with a thicker yarn; DROPS Snow. You must read the pattern to be able to follow this video properly.
