Bonjour Françoise, nous ne sommes malheureusement pas en mesure de pouvoir ajuster chacun de nos modèles à chaque demande individuelle. Vous pouvez toutefois vous aider d'un modèle similaire pour enfant et ajuster en fonction de la taille souhaitée. Bon crochet!
