Vad menas med "rapporter"? Varv??

Hei Agneta.

Zablokowałam czapkę w chłodnej wodzie, i mimo to zwiększyła swój rozmiar o dobrych kilka centymetrów. Nie wiem co by się stało po upraniu czapki w pralce w 40 st jak zaleca producent. Postaram się jakoś ją odratować blokując ponownie gorącą parą :(

I am knitting the neck warmer and I don't really understand how to increase in the round. Do I have to do yarn over or use some other technique? If I use yarn over, does it mean that there will be holes in the round? Thank you.
13.01.2020 - 14:41DROPS Design answered:
Dear Sofia, you increase with yarn overs and work yarn over twisted on next round - see DECREASE/INCREASE TIP (evenly spaced): video here and how to increase evenly here. Happy knitting!

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- PATTERN: Hat: See diagrams A.1 and A.2. Neck warmer: See diagram A.1. Wrist warmers: See diagram A.1. DECREASE/INCREASE TIP (evenly spaced): To work out how to decrease/increase evenly, count the total number of stitches on needle (e.g. 132 stitches) and divide by the number of decreases/increases to be made (e.g. 64) = 2.1. In this example, decrease by knitting together every first and 2nd stitch (i.e. knit all stitches together 2 and 2). When increasing, make 1 yarn over after approx. each 2nd stitch. On the next round work the yarn overs twisted to avoid holes ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- HAT - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The piece is worked in the round with short circular needle, bottom up. Change to double pointed needles when necessary. HAT: Cast on 128-132 stitches with short circular needle size 2.5 mm and BabyMerino. Knit 1 round then work rib (= knit 2 / purl 2) in the round for 3-4 cm. Change to circular needle size 3 mm and work A.1 in the round (= 32-33 repeats of 4 stitches). Continue this pattern. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! When the piece measures approx. 22-23 cm start to decrease but adjust so you start after a complete repeat of A.1 in height. Now work A.2 in the round – AT THE SAME TIME on each round marked with an arrow in A.2 decrease stitches evenly spaced as described below - read DECREASE/INCREASE TIP: Arrow-1 = Decrease 64-64 stitches = 64-68 stitches left (there is now room for 16-17 repeats of 4 stitches). Arrow-2 = Decrease 32-32 stitches = 32-36 stitches left (there is now room for 8-9 repeats of 4 stitches). Arrow-3 = Decrease 16-16 stitches = 16-20 stitches left (there is now room for 4-5 repeats of 4 stitches). Arrow-4 = Decrease 8-8 stitches = 8-12 stitches left. Cut the strand, pull it through the remaining stitches, tighten and fasten well. The hat measures approx. 26-27 cm from the top down. ------------------------------------------------------- NECK WARMER - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The piece is worked in the round with circular needle, bottom up. NECK WARMER: Cast on 192-224 stitches with circular needle size 2.5 mm and BabyMerino. Knit 1 round then work rib (= knit 2 / purl 2) in the round for 3 cm. Knit 1 round where you decrease 36-44 stitches evenly spaced – read DECREASE/INCREASE TIP = 156-180 stitches. Change to circular needle size 3 mm and work A.1 in the round (= 39-45 repeats of 4 stitches). Continue this pattern until the piece measures approx. 22-27 cm, but finish after row 6 or 12 in the diagram. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! Work 3 rounds stocking stitch – AT THE SAME TIME on the last round increase 36-44 stitches evenly spaced = 192-224 stitches. Change to circular needle size 2.5 mm and work rib (= knit 2 / purl 2) for 3 cm. Then loosely cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl. The neck warmer measures approx. 25-30 cm from the cast-off edge down. ------------------------------------------------------- WRIST WARMERS - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The piece is worked in the round with double pointed needles, bottom up. WRIST WARMER: Cast on 60-64 stitches with double pointed needles size 2.5 mm and BabyMerino. Knit 1 round then work rib (= knit 2 / purl 2) in the round for 2½ cm. Knit 1 round where you decrease 12 stitches evenly spaced – read DECREASE/INCREASE TIP = 48-52 stitches. Change to double pointed needles size 3 mm and work A.1 in the round (= 12-13 repeats of 4 stitches). Continue this pattern until the piece measures approx. 15½-17½ cm, but finish after row 6 or 12 in the diagram. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! Work 3 rounds stocking stitch – AT THE SAME TIME on the last round increase 12 stitches evenly spaced = 60-64 stitches. Change to double pointed needles size 2.5 mm and work rib (= knit 2 / purl 2) for 2½ cm. Then loosely cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl. The wrist warmer measures approx 18-20 cm from the cast-off edge down. Work the other wrist warmer in the same way. |
