Buonasera Olga, il modello è stato lavorato usando il filato Ice (cotone e acrilico), per cui utilizzabile d'estate. Il filato Ice attualmente è fuori produzione e i filati alternativi sono più indicati per modelli invernali, ma lo può comunque portare con un maglietta sotto se preferisce. Buon lavoro!

PATTERN: See diagram M.1. The diagram shows the pattern from the RS. GARTER ST (back and forth on needle): K all rows. GARTER ST (in the round): K 1 round, P 1 round. BUTTONHOLES: Make buttonholes on right front band. 1 BUTTONHOLE = cast off 3rd st from mid front and cast on 1 new st on return row. Make buttonholes when piece measures: SIZE S: 21, 29, 37, 45 and 53 cm. SIZE M: 23, 31, 39, 47 and 55 cm. SIZE L: 25, 33, 41, 49 and 57 cm. SIZE XL: 27, 35, 43, 51 and 59 cm. SIZE XXL: 29, 37, 45, 53 and 61 cm. SIZE XXXL: 31, 39, 47, 55 and 63 cm. WIDE GARTER ST: Row 1 (RS): P all sts Row 2 (WS): P all sts Row 3: K all sts Row 4: K all sts Row 5: K all sts Row 6: P all sts Repeat row 1 to 6. -------------------------------------------------------- BODY PIECE: Worked back and forth on circular needle from mid front. When piece measures approx 3 cm K 1 row from RS, AT THE SAME TIME dec 4-5-4-6-4-5 sts evenly = 127-135-145-155-169-183 sts. K 1 row from WS. Change to circular needle size 8 mm. Insert 2 markers in piece, 34-36-39-41-45-48 sts in from each side (back piece = 59-63-67-73-79-87 sts). Continue as follows: 5 front band sts, M.1 on the next 116-124-134-144-158-172 sts, M.1B and 5 front band sts. Continue like this. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! AT THE SAME TIME when piece measures approx 8 cm dec 1 st on each side of both markers (= 4 dec per row), and repeat the dec on every 4-4-4-4.5-4.5-4.5 cm a total of 7 times = 99-107-117-127-141-155 sts. Remember BUTTONHOLES – see above. Continue until piece measures 36-37-38-39-40-41 cm. Now cast off 6 sts each side for armhole (= 3 sts on each side of marker) = 87-95-105-115-129-143 sts. Put piece aside and knit the sleeves SLEEVE: Worked in the round on double pointed needles. Cast on 30-32-34-34-34-36 sts on double pointed needles size 7 mm with Ice. Work 4 rounds garter st – see above. Change to double pointed needles size 8 mm. Insert a marker at beg of round = mid under arm. Continue in M.1 on all sts. AT THE SAME TIME when piece measures 5-5-5-4-4-4 cm inc 1 st on each side of marker and repeat the inc on every 3-3-3-2.5-2-2 cm a total of 5-5-5-6-7-7 times = 40-42-44-46-48-50 sts (incorporate inc sts in pattern as you go along). When piece measures 21-21-20-20-19-19 cm cast off 6 sts mid under arm (= 3 sts on each side of marker) = 34-36-38-40-42-44 sts. Put piece aside and knit the other sleeve. YOKE: Slip sleeves on the same circular needle as body piece where cast off for armholes = 155-167-181-195-213-231 sts. Insert a marker in piece. Change to circular needle size 8 mm and continue in WIDE GARTER ST – see above – with 5 front band sts each side towards mid front in garter sts. AT THE SAME TIME when piece measures approx 2 cm from marker dec 18-19-19-21-24-24 sts evenly (adjust to dec on a K row from RS –do not dec on front bands) and repeat the dec on every 5-5-4-4.5-4.5-4 cm a total of 4-4-5-5-5-6 times = 83-91-86-90-93-87 sts. Continue in wide garter st until piece measures approx 17-18-19-20-21-22 cm from marker (adjust to after 6 rows in wide garter st). Now K 1 row from RS, AT THE SAME TIME dec 6-11-6-7-10-4 sts evenly = 77-80-80-83-83-83 sts. K 1 row from WS and now work approx 2 cm rib as follows: 5 front band sts, * K1, P2 *, repeat from *-* and finish with K1 and 5 front band sts. After 2 cm cast off loosely in rib. ASSEMBLY: Sew openings under arms. Sew on buttons. |
