Men hva endres i andre del?

Garter st, back and forth on needle: K all rows. Hat: Worked in the round. Change to double pointed needles when you near the top. Cast on 192 sts on circular needle size 5.5 mm with 2 threads Alpaca. Insert 4 Marking Threads (MT) in piece with 48 sts between each MT, and let the MT follow the piece. Work stocking st, at the same time on the second round beg dec 1 st on each side of all MT (8 dec per round) on every 1.5 cm a total of 6 times = 144 sts. Remember the knitting tension! When piece measures 14 cm dec 1 st on each side of all MT on every 1.5 cm a total of 15 times = 24 sts. Cut the thread, pull through remaining sts and fasten. Piece measures approx 35 cm. Crochet border: Crochet a border round the opening of hat with crochet hook size 7 mm and 2 threads Puddel as follows: 1 dc, * 3 ch, skip approx 1-1.5 cm, 1 dc *, repeat from *-* and finish with 1 sl st in dc from beg of round. With 2 threads Puddel sew 4 very loose seams, up and down, where the 4 MT have been. Let the Puddel threads sit in small loops on top of seam. Felt hat in the washing machine – see below. To ensure the best possible fit, put the hat on while it is still wet so that it forms to your head in the right size Felting: Wash hat in washing machine with a powder free of enzymes and optical bleach, at 40 degrees with normal spin and without pre-wash. If after felting, the hat is too big, you can felt it again. If it is too small, thoroughly wet it and pull into the right shape and size. At subsequent washes, wash the hat at a wool programme. Scarf: Cast on 14 sts on needle size 8 mm. Work 150 cm garter st – see above – and cast off. AFTER FELTING: If the piece is not felted enough and is too big: Wash the piece one more time in the washing machine while it is still wet add a terry towel that measures approx. 50 x 70 cm - NOTE: Do not use a short program. If the piece has been felted too much and is too small: While the piece is still wet stretch it to the correct measurements, if the piece is dry, make sure to soak it first. Remember: All subsequent washes are as a normal wool garment. |
