Pozdrawiamy!

Edelweiss shawl. Instructions say to work till it measures 10 1/2" Can you explain where to measure the length? Is it to the end of the point or in between. Thank you for your help.
12.04.2020 - 19:18DROPS Design answered:
Dear Elanie, measurements are done on the longest, so at the points. However since this is a shawl, and shawl can be at any size it will not hinder the beauty or the fit, of it is not exactly to measurements. Happy Crocheting!

Hola Amalia. No, este patrón no incluye el diagrama. Te recomendamos usar los marcapuntos para separar las repeticiones del dibujo en la fila.

Crochet DROPS shawl with zig-zag pattern in 2 threads ”BabyAlpaca Silk”.
DROPS 145-6 |

MAGIC CIRCLE: When piece is worked in the round, start with this technique to avoid holes in the middle (instead of ch-ring): Hold the yarn end and wind the yarn one time around the index finger to make a loop. Hold the loop with left thumb and middle finger, place the thread over left index finger. Insert hook through the loop, make a YO and pull thread through loop, work 3 ch, then work 11 tr around the loop. Pull yarn end to tighten the loop. Fasten the yarn end on the back side. CROCHET TIP: Replace 1 htr at beg of round with 2 ch. STRIPES: Work stripes as follows: 0-27 cm: 2 threads off white 27-37 cm: 1 thread off white and 1 thread ice blue 37-47 cm: 2 threads ice blue 47-57 cm: 1 thread ice blue and 1 thread grey blue 57-67 cm: 2 threads grey blue ---------------------------------------------------------- SHAWL: Shawl is worked in stripes - see explanation above.
