Knitting blue grace size LG and binding off every other row. What does every other row intail and do I bind of on same side on both sides thanx for your help

Dear Becky, "every other row" is the same as every second row. If you are binding off for the neckline then that is every row that starts from the neckline. If for the sleeve caps (where both sides should be shaped) at the beginning of each row (since casting off stitches can be done on the beginning off the rows). I hope this helps. Happy Knitting!
