I am confused by the picot step after row 10. I pivoted across, slip st back. Do you turn AROUND again and do the loops over the picots? I only have 2 loops at the end of the 21 picots. Please explain. I have done all 4 squares.

First you work one row across with picots as explained, then turn piece, and make chain spaced fastened in each picot top. So 2 rows back and forth, first with picots and second with loops from picot to picot.

Vandana, the square has a total of 120 tr around, so each side is 32 tr. When making the picot pattern along one edge skipping every other it leaves you with 15 picots along one side.

Denice, Yes, the first picot edges are facing each other when crochet together - see chart below text, it shows exactly how it's done. After crochet tog, make a picot edge around all sides of your work. Then fold it as you see in picture and sew squares tog with a stitch each side to create armholes.
