Dear Debra, numer of cast on sts depends on which size of blanket you want to make - see SIZE: Width: approx. 45 - 65 cm Length: approx. 52 - 80 cm. So for smaller blanket (45 x 52 cm) you have to cast on 92 sts, for bigger one (65 x 80 cm) you must cast on 132 sts. Happy knitting!

Om du stickar med dubbelt garn från garngrupp A så får du nog gå upp i storlek på stickor och du kommer inte att få samma mått som i mönstret (vilket kanske inte gör så mycket när det är en filt). Så länge du tycker att det är ok (ev. stickar färre maskor/varv) så kan du använda ett annat garn. Lycka till!

PATTERN: See diagrams A.1 and A.2. Diagrams show all rows in pattern seen from the right side. CAST-OFF TIP: To avoid a tight cast-off edge you may use a bigger needle. ---------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ---------------------------------------------------------- BABY BLANKET - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: Work piece back and forth on circular needle. BLANKET: Cast on 92 - 132 stitches on circular needle size 4.5 mm with Merino Extra Fine. Work 4 ridges in GARTER STITCH - see explanation above. Work next row as follows from right side: 4 stitches in garter stitch, A.1 (= 8 stitches) until 8 stitches remain, now work A.2 (= 4 stitches) and 4 stitches in garter stitch.
