Bon tricot!

Zet in de volgende nld ..... . Brei 4 nld recht ribbel of tricot? Dank voor uw hulp. Met vriendelijke groeten, Corinne
17.02.2014 - 13:51DROPS Design answered:
Hoi Corinne.

Feliz tricot!

Knitted DROPS vest or jacket worked sideways in "Symphony" or "Melody". Size: S - XXXL.
DROPS 131-53 |

GARTER ST (back and forth on circular needle): K all rows. GARTER ST (in the round on double pointed needles): 1 ridge = 2 rounds * K 1 round and P 1 round *, repeat from *-*. -------------------------------------------------------- BODY: The garment is worked back and forth on circular needle because of no of sts. Work from mid front on left part, cast off for armhole and continue until mid back before casting off all sts. Then work the right part the same way but reversed, from mid front. The two parts are sewn tog when finished. LEFT PART: Worked back and forth on circular needle. Cast on 90-93-96-99-102-105 sts on circular needle size 6 mm with Symphony or Melody. Work 6 rows in GARTER ST - see explanation above. Work next row from RS as follows: 5 sts in garter st, work in stocking st until 12 sts remain, finish with 12 sts in garter st. Continue like this. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! When piece measures 31-36-41-46-51-56 cm (adjust so that next row is from RS), work 6 rows in garter st over all sts. Work next row as follows: Work the bottom 55-57-59-60-62-63 sts, slip the next 23-24-25-27-28-30 sts for armhole on a stitch holder if a vest is being worked - if a jacket is being worked, cast these sts off, work the remaining 12 sts on the needle in garter st. On next row cast on same no of sts that where cast off over sts on stitch holder. Then work 6 rows in garter st over all 90-93-96-99-102-105 sts on needle. Work as before armhole until piece measures 47-52-58-63-69-74 cm. K 4 rows over all sts. LOOSELY cast off = mid back of jacket. The piece measures approx. 48-53-59-64-70-75 cm - measured in the knitting direction! RIGHT PART: Cast on and work as left part but reversed. SLEEVE (for jacket): Worked in the round on double pointed needles. Cast on 30-32-34-36-38-40 sts on double pointed needles size 6 mm. Work 4 rounds in GARTER ST - see explanation above. Insert a marker at beg of round. Then work in stocking st. When piece measures 10 cm, inc 1 st on each side of marker. Repeat inc every 5-4½-4-4-3-3 cm a total of 8-9-10-10-11-12 times = 46-50-54-56-60-64 sts. When piece measures 51-51-50-49-47-45 cm, cast off 6 sts mid under sleeve (i.e. 3 sts on each side of marker). Then continue back and forth on needle and cast off for sleeve cap at the beg of every row in each side as follows: 2 sts 2 times, 1 st 1-2-3-4-6-8 times. Then cast off 2 sts in each side until piece measures 57-58-59-59-59-60 cm, cast off 3 sts 1 time in each side. Cast off. Now piece measures approx. 58-59-59-60-60-61 cm. ASSEMBLY VEST: Knit up 46-48-50-54-56-60 sts around the armhole (incl sts on stitch holder) on double pointed needles size 6 mm and work 2 rounds in garter st. Cast off. Sew the vest tog mid back inside the cast off edge so that there are 4 ridges (8 rows in garter st) mid back. ASSEMBLY JACKET: Sew the jacket tog mid back inside the cast off edge so that there are 4 ridges (8 rows in garter st) mid back. Sew in sleeves. |
