Change to circular needle size 4 mm and knit stocking sts at the same time inc 56-62-68 (56-60) sts evenly on 1st round = 240-252-264 (252-264) sts. When piece measures 31-32-33 (36--38) cm inc 5 sts on each side (these sts are for cutting up later and should not be knitted into the pattern). Remember knitting tension. When piece measures 33-34-35 (38-40) cm knit M.1, M.2 (start at arrow and knit sts on front piece, start at arrow again and knit sts on back piece), M.3 and then complete knitting with last pattern colour of M.3. At the same time when piece measures 58-59-60 (63-65) cm cast off middle 40-40-40 (40-40) sts for neck front and complete piece knitting back and forth on needle. Continuing cast off towards neckline on every other row 2 sts 2 times, 1 sts 1 time. When piece measures 59-60-61 (64-66) cm cast off 46-46-46 (46-46) sts neck back. When piece measures 40-39-39 (44-44) cm knit M.1 (place one pattern repeat mid sleeve), then complete with base colour until piece measures 50-49-49 (54-54) cm. Now knit 2 cm stocking sts with WS out for edge over cutting edge on body. Cast off.

Assembly: Sew in a marking thread down the middle of inc sts on each side. Sew two seams on sewing machine around marking thread, 1st seam = 1/2 sts from 1st st from thread, 2nd seam = 1/2 sts from 1st seam. Cut up for armhole. Sew shoulder seams. Pick up approx 106 sts around neckline on circular needle size 2.5 mm base colour and knit 2.5 cm rib, P1 round (= folding edge), 2.5 cm stocking sts, cast off and fold edge double towards WS and sew. Sew sleeves onto body from RS as follows: Sew alternating 1 st in last garter st round of sleeve before folding edge and 1 sts on body after machine seam. Turn WS out on sweater and sew folding edge from sleeves over cutting edge onto body by hand.

Veronika 08.10.2016 - 11:43:

Strikket derfor i strl medium/large. Dette er altfor stort! Må nok sy inn i sidene for at genseren skal kunne brukes...
