Does the first increase row in rib count as 1 of the 5 rounds, or do you do 5 rounds after the increase row?
09.03.2026 - 04:52DROPS Design answered:
Hi Lisa, Each increase-round is between the 5 rounds of rib, so you increase, then work 5 more rounds, increase, work 5 more rounds, etc.. Regards, Drops Team.

My question should have been how many meters or yards do I need of a group C yard to complete this pattern. The yarn I am using with size 5mm needle matches the gauge of the pattern.
09.03.2026 - 03:40DROPS Design answered:
Hi Lisa, If you are using 1 strand of a yarn from yarn group C, you add together the amounts suggested for the 2 A yarns and that gives you the amount needed for the C yarn: 50 + 25 = 75 g. The yardage for our yarns from group C differ, so we cannot give you an exact yardage for the yarn you are going to use. Regards, Drops Team.

How many total grams are needed for this pattern? My gauge is perfect. My skein is 50 gm and I am almost out of yarn and still have a few cm left to get to the first increase.
08.03.2026 - 21:17DROPS Design answered:
Dear Lisa, you need 50gr of DROPS Fabel and 25g of DROPS Kid-Silk. The gauge is calculated using one strand of each yarn. If you use a different yarn than the one stated then your yardage may be different, even if the gauge is the same. In that case you need to calculate the amount of your yarn that you will need, as explained in this lesson. Happy knitting!

Tak for fede opskrifter :)

Hei Vibeke.
