Ansonsten gut beschrieben!

PATTERN: See diagrams A.1 to A.3. Work entire pattern in stocking st. DECREASE TIP: Dec as follows before 2 sts wine red: K 2 tog with light grey. Dec as follows after 2 sts wine red: K 2 twisted tog with light grey. ---------------------------------------------------------- LEFT MITTEN: Worked in the round on double pointed needles. Cast on 52 sts on double pointed needles size 3.5 mm with wine red. K 1 round, then work 4 rounds rib = K 1/P 1. Then work pattern according to A.1 while AT THE SAME TIME dec 4 sts evenly on 1st round = 48 sts. After A.1 work A.2 while AT THE SAME TIME inc 2 sts evenly on 1st round = 50 sts. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! When it has been worked up to the first black squares in the diagram, work A.3 over these 3 squares. Inc in A.3 with 1 YO inside 1 st in each side as shown in diagram. On next round K YO twisted to avoid holes. When 5 inc have been done in each side on thumb gusset (there are now 13 sts in thumb gusset), work 4 rounds without inc (see diagram A.3). Then slip the 13 thumb sts on 1 stitch holder. Cast on 3 new sts behind sts on stitch holder = 50 sts on needle. Then work in the round according to A.2. When dec at the top of mitten beg, dec 1 st on each side of the 2 wine red sts in each side on every round – READ DECREASE TIP. After all dec are done there are 14 sts on needle. Work next round as follows: Slip 1 st as if to K, K 2 tog with wine red, psso, work 1 st light grey, 2 sts wine red, 1 st light grey, slip 1 st as if to K, K 2 tog with wine red, psso, 1 st light grey, 2 sts wine red and 1 st light grey = 10 sts remain on needle. Cut the yarns and pull them through the remaining sts, tighten tog and fasten. THUMB: Slip the 13 thumb sts back on double pointed needles size 3.5 mm. Pick up 9 sts behind the thumb = 22 sts on needle. Continue pattern in the round according to diagram A.3. Dec the same way on thumb as at the top of mitten, but dec beg earlier at the outside of thumb (i.e. 3 dec in each side on outside of thumb and 2 dec in each side on inside of thumb). After all dec are done there are 12 sts on needle. Work next round as follows: 1 st wine red, 1 st light grey, slip 1 st as if to K, K 2 tog with wine red, psso, work 1 st light grey, 2 sts wine red, slip 1 st if to K, K 2 tog with light grey, psso and work 1 st wine red = 8 sts remain on needle. Cut the yarns and pull them through the remaining sts, tighten tog and fasten. RIGHT MITTEN: Cast on and work as left mitten but reversed, i.e. the 3 black sts for thumb are worked in second, third and fourth st from the right in the diagram. |
