Is this amount of stitches correct? Please advise? BODY: Worked in the round on circular needle. Cast on 480-520-570-650-700-780 sts on circular needle size 3 mm with off white, work diagram M.1. After diagram M.1, there are 192-208-228-260-280-312 sts on needle.
22.05.2022 - 01:46DROPS Design answered:
Dear Elna, yes, it's correct. This is because M.1 forms ridges, and includes decreases, decreasing in each M.1 from 10 to 4 stitches. You can skip this if you don't like it and work directly from the 192-... stitches. Happy knitting!

I f,eks str.

Dear Barbara, in M3 it's specified that you decrease with k2tog (you can see the explanation for the diagram above the charts). Happy knitting!

Nydelig genser! Ellers tusen takk for mange flotte oppskrifter!

If i do the border in a k2p2 instead of the original border after casting on the 192 stitches do i do 9 rows plus 11/2 inch or just 1 1/2 inch rib?

Hi Barbara, If you want the long rib you need to do the 9 rows plus 1 1/2 inches. Happy knitting!
