Mam pytanie do rękawiczek.

Knitted DROPS neck warmer and mittens in garter st in ”Andes”.
DROPS 140-36 |
|
GARTER ST (in the round on needle): * K 1 round and P 1 round *, repeat from *-*. -------------------------------------------------------- NECK WARMER: Worked back and forth on needle. Loosely cast on 36 sts on needle size 8 mm with Andes. K all rows until piece measures 150 cm (or desired length). Loosely cast off all sts. Sew short sides tog in front loop of outermost st. LEFT MITTEN: Worked in the round. Loosely cast on 24 sts on double pointed needles size 8 mm with Andes. Work in GARTER ST- see explanation above - until piece measures 6 cm. Then work an opening for thumb on next round as follows: Work 6 sts, slip the next 4 sts on a stitch holder, work the rest of round. On next round cast on 4 new sts over the sts on holder. Continue in garter st until piece measures approx. 16 cm. Then dec on every round with K sts as follows: ROUND 1: * K 4, K the next 2 tog *, repeat from *-* the entire round = 20 sts (= 4 sts dec). ROUND 2 (and then every even numbered round): P all sts. ROUND 3: * K 3, K the next 2 tog *, repeat from *-* the entire round = 16 sts. ROUND 5: * K 2, K the next 2 tog *, repeat from *-* the entire round = 12 sts. ROUND 7: * K 1, K the next 2 tog *, repeat from *-* the entire round = 8 sts. Cut the thread and pull it through the remaining sts, tighten tog and fasten. Piece measures approx. 19 cm vertically. THUMB: Worked in the round. Slip the 4 sts from stitch holder back on double pointed needles, knit up 4 new sts along the opening = 8 sts divided on double pointed needles. Work in garter st in the round until thumb measures approx. 6 cm (measured from where sts were slipped back on needles). On next round with K sts, K all sts tog 2 by 2 = 4 sts. Cut the thread and pull it through the remaining sts and tighten tog. RIGHT MITTEN: Work as left mitten but work round with opening for thumb as follows: Work 14 sts, slip the next 4 sts on a stitch holder, work the remaining 6 sts. Then work as on left mitten. |
