In several of our popular crochet designs we include small decorative bobbles.
For example in Drops design 100-1, which is the one we are showing in this DROPS Video.

This is how you make the bobble:
crochet 4 very loose hdc without pulling yarn through (= 9 loops on hook). Make a yo and pull yarn through the first 8 loops. Make a yo and pull through the last 2 loops on hook.


REMEMBER - you will also need to read the pattern to be able to follow.

In this DROPS video we show how to work a bobble consisting of 5 double treble crochets. Work like this: 1 double treble crochet but wait with last pull through= 2 loops on hook. Work as follows around chain space below: Put the hook under the chain space and get the thread, 4 treble crochets but wait with last yarn over and pull through on each of these treble crochets, put the hook under the chain space and get the thread, make a yarn over and pull through all 7 loops on hook. «Slice of summer» shawl are worked in DROPS Safran, but in the video we work with a thicker yarn; DROPS Snow. How to crochet an easy bubble

In this DROPS video we show how to crochet an easy bubble. We only show how to crochet 2 bubbles with 3 single crochet between (= right side) and how to work double crochet from the wrong side. Bubble= * Wrap the yarn over the hook and insert the hook around the top of the bobble from previous row, wrap the yarn around the hook and pull the yarn through the bobble, pull a little in the yarn to get it longer * repeat *-* 2 more times. Yarn over the hook and pull it through 6 loops on the hook, yarn over again and pull through the 2 last loops on hook. We use the yarn DROPS Snow in the video.
