How to knit with 2 threads to get a stronger heel - knitting tip

In this DROPS video we show how to get a stronger heel on a sock by knitting with 2 threads. Use strand inside and outside of ball (or use 2 balls) and work 1 stitch alternately with one and the other strand. This way you get a thicker heel without working with double strand.
In the video, we already have knitted the rib and put the stitches mid on top of foot on a stitch holder and we show 2 rows where we knit with 2 strands.
These socks are knitted in DROPS Karisma, but in video we use a thicker yarn; DROPS Snow.

Bonjour, pourriez-vous donner un exemple de chaussette tout en jersey avec seulement 2aiguilles , cela me permettrait de tricoter beaucoup plus de chaussettes avec seulement une petite couture au niveau du talon intérieur et finir la pointe en grafting . Je vous remercie par avance .

Uniquement la méthode "tricoter avec 2 fils alternativement l'un et l'autre sur 2 rangs" (1 rang endroit - 1 rang envers) Dans la vidéo actuelle, c'est difficile de tout voir et comprendre car il y a peu de mailles. et avec 5 aiguilles, c'est un peu compliqué. Bonjour Mme Hubac, regardez bien la vidéo, vous allez tricoter alternativement avec le fil de l'intérieur de la pelote et celui de l'extérieur (comme un jacquard, 1 maille sur deux avec les fils), et sur l'envers, de la même façon, tout simplement. Bon tricot! 23.03.2020 - 11:56
