Omgangen starter med to rett. Dårlig forklart i oppskriften.

Buon lavoro!

------------------------------------------------------- EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PATTERN: ------------------------------------------------------- HEEL DECREASES: ROW 1 (= right side): Knit until there are 7-7-8 stitches left, slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch, turn the piece. ROW 2 (= wrong side): Purl until there are 7-7-8 stitches left, slip 1 stitch as if to purl, purl 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the purled stitch, turn the piece. ROW 3 (= right side): Knit until there are 6-6-7 stitches left, slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch, turn the piece. ROW 4 (= wrong side): Purl until there are 6-6-7 stitches left, slip 1 stitch as if to purl, purl 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the purled stitch, turn the piece. Continue to decrease like this, working until there is 1 stitch less each time before slipping a stitch and until there are 14-16-16 stitches left on the needle. DECREASE TIP (for toe): Work until there are 2 stitches left before the marker, knit 2 together, marker, slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch (2 stitches decreased). Repeat at the other marker. ------------------------------------------------------- START THE PIECE HERE: ------------------------------------------------------- SOCKS – SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE: The piece is worked in the round, top down, with double pointed needles. LEG: Cast on 70-75-80 stitches with double pointed needles size 2.5 mm and DROPS Fabel. Knit 1 round. Work rib (knit 2, purl 3) for 6 cm. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! Decrease 1 stitch in each purled section = 56-60-64 stitches. Continue with rib (knit 2, purl 2) until the leg measures 17-18-19 cm. Continue with rib in front and stocking stitch at the back and (so the rib matches on top of the foot) begin the round with knit 1-2-1 (in sizes 35/37 and 41/43 move the beginning of the round 1 stitch forward to begin between 2 knitted stitches). Work rib as before over the first 28-30-32 stitches, then 28-30-32 stocking stitches and decrease 2 stitches evenly over these stitches = 54-58-62 stitches. Continue like this until the sock measures 19-20-21 cm. HEEL AND FOOT: Place the 28-30-32 ribbed stitches on a thread (top of foot) and keep the 26-28-30 other stitches on the needle for the heel. Work stocking stitch back and forth for 6-6-6½ cm. Insert 1 marker in the last row – the foot is measured from this marker. Work HEEL DECREASES – read description above. After the heel decreases work as follows: Stocking stitch over the 14-16-16 heel stitches, knit up 15-15-17 stitches along one side of the heel, work rib as before over the 28-30-32 stitches on top of the foot, knit up 15-15-17 stitches along the other side of the heel = 72-76-82 stitches. Work to the middle of the heel and start the round from here. Insert 1 marker on each side of the 28-30-32 ribbed stitches on top of the foot. Continue with rib and stocking stitch and begin to decrease on each side as follows: Knit together the last 2 stitches before the first marker and knit twisted together the first 2 stitches after the second marker. Decrease like this every round a total of 4 times, then every 2nd round 6-6-7 times = 52-56-60 stitches. Continue working until the foot measures 18-19-20 cm from the marker on the heel, measured under the foot. There is 4-5-6 cm left; try the sock on and work to desired length before working the toe. TOE: Insert 1 marker in each side with 26-28-30 stitches both on top and under the foot. Work stocking stitch and on the first round decrease for the toe on each side of both markers - read DECREASE TIP (= 4 stitches decreased). Decrease like this every 2nd round a total of 4-7-9 times, then every round 6-3-2 times = 12-16-16 stitches. On the next round knit all stitches together 2 and 2 = 6-8-8 stitches. Cut the strand, pull it through the remaining stitches, tighten and fasten well. The foot measures approx. 22-24-26 cm from the marker on the heel, measured under the foot. Work the other sock in the same way. |
