Chciałabym dorobić do niej rękawy. Czy moge prosić o pomoc w dopasowaniu podkroju? Może odwołanie do podobnego modelu? Pozdrawiam serdecznie.
30.03.2020 - 15:00DROPS Design answered:
Witaj Klaudio! Pozdrawiamy!

I'm finishing pattern 132-29. The directions for attaching the cable stitch band is not clear & there is no video showing the directions. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Gail

Dear Mrs Gutierrez, you will sew the cable onto front edges of jacket (edge st in garter st from cable to garter st edge of jacket). Happy knitting!

Knitted DROPS vest worked sideways with cable edge in ”Delight”. Size: S - XXXL
DROPS 132-29 |
||||||||||||||||
GARTER ST (back and forth on circular needle): K all rows. YARN CHANGE TIP: To make the colour transitions in Delight pretty when switching ball, it is important to find a ball that starts with the same colour last ball ended with. PATTERN: See diagram M.1. Diagram shows pattern from RS. --------------------------------------------------------- VEST: Work from mid front on right front piece and out towards the side, cast off for armholes and continue until mid back before casting off. Left side is worked the same way but reversed, then the garment is sewn tog mid back. Then work the cable edge and sew it along front piece. READ YARN CHANGE TIP! RIGHT SIDE: Loosely cast on 106-112-116-120-124-130 sts on needle size 3.5 mm with Delight. K 1 row from WS, K 1 row from RS and K 1 row from WS. Continue to work as follows (1st row = RS): 20-20-20-22-22-22 sts in GARTER ST – see explanation above, 78-84-88-88-92-98 sts in stocking st and 8-8-8-10-10-10 sts in garter st. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! When piece measures approx. 42-44-46-48-50-52 cm (measure in left side of piece seen from RS), adjust so that next row is worked from RS, work 4 rows in garter st over all sts. Work next row as follows: Work 20-20-20-22-22-22 sts in garter st and slip them on a stitch holder, cast off the next 42-44-46-48-50-52 sts (= armhole), work the rest of row (= 44-48-50-50-52-56 sts). K 8-8-8-16-16-16 rows back and forth over all sts on needle (= approx. 2-2-2-4-4-4 cm). Work next row (= WS) as follows: K 44-48-50-50-52-56 sts, cast on 42-44-46-48-50-52 new sts over armhole and K the 20-20-20-22-22-22 sts from stitch holder back on needle again = 106-112-116-120-124-130 sts. NOW MEASURE PIECE FROM HERE! K 4 rows back and forth over all sts. Continue in stocking st as before and 8-8-8-10-10-10 sts in garter st in one side and 20-20-20-22-22-22 sts in garter st in the other side. When piece measures 20-22-24-26-29-32 cm (measured in the left side seen from RS, from where the new sts over armhole were cast on), work 4 rows in garter st over all sts. Continue in garter st over all sts while at the same time working short rows to give extra width mid back as follows (1st row = RS): K 44-50-54-50-54-60 sts and slip them on a stitch holder, K the rest of row (= 62-62-62-70-70-70 sts). * Turn piece, K back over all sts on needle, turn piece, K 3 sts, then slip sts on same stitch holder, work the rest of row *, repeat from *-* a total of 18-18-18-20-20-20 times. Turn piece, K the remaining 8-8-8-10-10-10 sts, turn and work back. Slip all sts on stitch holder back on needle. K 1 row over all sts (= from WS), then loosely cast off. LEFT SIDE: Cast on and work as right front piece but reversed. All measurements are done in right side of piece, seen from RS. Cast off for armhole from WS instead of RS, and cast on new sts over armhole from RS. Beg the short rows mid back from WS. ASSEMBLY: Sew vest tog mid back, edge to edge to avoid a chunky seam. CABLE: Place the entire piece flat and measure along the side with 20-20-20-22-22-22 sts in garter st = towards mid front. Write down the measurement. Cast on 21 sts on needle size 3.5 mm with Delight. Work 4 rows in garter st over all sts, continue with diagram M.1 (1st row = RS) and 1 edge st in the left side which is worked K on all rows. When the cable is 1 cm shorter than the measurement you wrote down, work 4 rows in garter st over all sts. Cast off. Sew the cable along mid front of vest. Sew inside 1 st in garter st on both the vest and cable. |
