Dear Mrs Wade, do you mean the short rows part 2? You will work this section with short rows as before under part 1, but with first row worked from WS (instead of from RS) and until 20 ridges have been worked (instead of 16 in part 1). Happy knitting!

Bonjour Mme Lozeau, pendant les rangs raccourcis, vous tricotez les rangs 1 à 4 (= 4 rangs) en augmentant au rang 1 et au rang 3 comme indiqué, et, en même temps, tricotez 1 m en plus après le marqueur jusqu'à ce que vous ayez tricoté un total de 16 côtes mousse (soit 32 rangs). Bon tricot!

Bonjour Gilda, le marqueur n'est déplacé qu'à la fin des rangs raccourcis, dans la 1ère partie, vous tricotez 16 côtes mousse sur les mailles à droite du marqueur, vous déplacez ensuite le marqueur après la dernière maille tricotée des rangs raccourcis = 16 m à droite. Tricotez ensuite 3 rangs sur toutes les mailles et tricotez ensuite les rangs raccourcis de la même façon (mais sur 20 côtes mousse) sur la partie gauche (vu sur l'endroit), et vous déplacez le marqueur après la dernière m du dernier rang raccourci et ainsi de suite. Bon tricot!

Buongiorno Rosalba, se preferisce non avere trafori, può lavorare degli aumenti nascosti, nessun problema. I ferri accorciati sono dei ferri in cui non si lavorano tutte le maglie presenti: deve lavorare il n° di maglie indicato per quel ferro e poi girare il lavoro e tornare indietro. Buon lavoro!

GARTER ST (back and forth): K all rows. 1 ridge = 2 rows K. INCREASE TIP-1: When working over all sts inc as follows (K YOs on next row = holes): ROW 1 and 2: K 1, 1 YO, K rest of row. ROW 3 and 4: K 1, 1 YO, K 1, 1 YO, K rest of row. Repeat these 4 rows. INCREASE TIP-2: When working short rows, work only over sts in one side, and inc as follows (K YOs on next row = holes). Row 1: K 1, 1 YO, then work as explained. Row 2: Work without inc. Row 3: K 1, 1 YO, K 1, 1 YO, then work as explained. Row 4: Work without inc. Repeat these 4 rows. ---------------------------------------------------------- SHAWL: Worked back and forth on a circular needle to make room for all the sts. Cast on 3 sts on circular needle size 7 mm with Big Delight. Work in GARTER ST - see explanation above AT THE SAME TIME inc at beg of every row, alternately 1 and 2 sts - READ INCREASE TIP-1.
