How to knit an i-cord back and forth

In this DROPS video we show how you can knit an i-cord back and forth on the needle. An i-cord is a knitted tube. Often used for the handles on a bag or cords to tie on a hat, jacket or hood. We have another video showing how to make a small i-cord knitting from RS only, but with this one we show you how you how to make a larger one. You can cast on 4, 6, 8 sts or more, but it has to be an even number. Knit every row back and forth like this: *K1, put thread in front of piece, slip 1 st as if to purl, put thread behind piece*, repeat from *-* on all rows. This creates a round string. When long enough knit sts tog 2 by 2 at the same time as binding off. You must read the pattern to be able to follow.
