How to crochet a single crochet (sc) US / double crochet (dc) UK in the round

In this DROPS video we show how crochet a single crochet (sc in US term) also known as a double crochet (dc in UK term) in the round.

When you are crocheting sc's/dc's in the round you begin each round with 1 ch that replaces the first sc/dc on this next round.
To mark the beginning it is a good idea to use a scrap yarn to mark the 1st stitch on the round.
Finish each round with 1 sl st in the chain from beg of round. Make sure to not work the sc that the ch was made in! Keep moving the marking thread for each round.

Bonjour Mme Terech, sans référence au modèle, la réponse risque d'être incomplète, toutefois, vous allez crocheter 1 tour de mailles serrées en augmentant 1 ms dans la 1ère taille, 4 ms dans la 2ème taille et 7 ms dans la dernière taille - vous trouverez ici, comment répartir des augmentations. Hei Christian. Du avslutter omgangen med en kjedemaske i luftmasken du heklet i begynnelsen av omgangen. Når du starter på ny omgang hekler du 1 luftmaske (= 1 fastmaske), deretter hekles det 1 fastmaske i hver av de neste maskene. Vi har oppdatert videoen, slik at merketråden ligger bak luftmasken (= 1. maske på omgangene). Når det gjelder å hekle første stav på en omgang, hekles det som regel 3 luftmasker. Disse 3 luftmasken er enten 1. maske eller så er det i tillegg, dette står forklart i den enkelte oppskrift. God Fornøyelse!

Bonjour Mme House, lorsqu'on indique que la 1ère ms est remplacée par 1 ml, alors quand on augmente 1 ms dans chacune des 3 m suiv, 2 ms dans la m suiv, on va, au début du tour faire:1ml (=1ère ms), 1 ms dans les 2 m suiv et 2 ms dans la m suiv puis reprendre avec 1 ms dans les 3 m suiv. Bon crochet!

Selvfølgelig lidt en amatøragtig teknik, og det bliver lidt svære at tælle og finde ud af hvor man er, hvis man mister koncentrationen. Men klart mere jævnt. Ellers er det blot fordi jeg ikke kan finde ud af at lave et ordenligt linjeskift.

In this DROPS video we show how you can crochet round and round without finishing each round. We have already crocheted a chain stitches row and start the video how to form them into a ring with 1 slip stitch in the first chain stitch. Then work 2 chain stitches (replacing the first half-treble crochet), 1 half-treble crochet in each of the remaining chain stitches, 2 half-treble crochets around the 2 chain stitches at the beginning of the round. In this DROPS video we show how to get a straight line running down the beginning/the end of the rounds. Work in the round alternately from the right and wrong side, turning the piece after each round. It you work round and round from the right side; the line at the beginning of the round is then slightly diagonal (see the sample patch on the right at the beginning of the video). We also work the piece in stripes and to get a neat transition when changing colours, we work the slip stitch at the end of the round in the new colour. Each round of treble crochets begins with 3 chain stitches which do not replace the first treble crochet. The rounds finish with 1 slip stitch in the 3rd chain stitch at the beginning of the round.
