How to crochet a double crochet (dc) US / treble crochet (tr) UK in the round
When you are crocheting dc's in the round you begin each round with 3 ch that replaces the first dc on this next round. Finish each round with 1 sl st in 3rd ch from beg of round.

Hola Ana, después de trabajar el delantero y la espalda, se unen según el patrón. Solo se usa un hilo, el de la espalda, mientras que el hilo del delantero se remata.

07.05.2023 - 13:03Ik begrijp niet wat er bedoeld wordt met "treble UK" deze steek(stokje) is zowel in US als in UK, een double crochet (DC) Een treble is met de draad 2x omslaan, door 2,door 2 en afmaken. Een treble heeft met de video helemaal niks te doen. Ik denk dat de eerste reactie dit ook bedoeld.

Dear Sian, I might misunderstand your question, but this video is showing how to work treble crochets (UK) in the round, ie how to start the round (= 3 chains) and how to join the rounds (1 slip stitch in the 3rd chain at the beg of the round). Hope this can help. Happy crocheting!

02.09.2020 - 23:48Hello I'm following this pattern and when it says treble into chain space you do mean space and not the actual chain itself. As I asked someone else and they thought by looking at the picture it looked like your crocheting into the chain. I have worked with Patterns like this and chain space means chain space i think it's right but thought I would enquire. Kind regards Claire

Dear Mrs White, as explained it looks like you are right, when you work in the chain space, you work around the chain(s) that make(s) the chain-space, and not in the chain itself. Do not hesitate to ask your question on the pattern you are working on so that we can check better. Happy crocheting!
19.11.2019 - 09:24Ik haak precies zoals u het in dit filmpje laat zien maar bij mij zie je duidelijk de overgang naar de volgende toer omdat het niet recht omhoog gaat maar het scheef trekt. Wat doe ik verkeerd, ik heb al geprobeerd de eerste 3 lossen die het 1e stokje vervangt losser of strakker te haken maar het resultaat blijft dat het duidelijk naar een kant trekt.

Als je op deze manier in de rondte breit, dan verschuift het inderdaad geleidelijk aan. De stokjes zitten op deze manier nooit recht boven elkaar. Als je dat niet wilt kun je telkens na het sluiten van de toer het werk keren en terug haken.

Hi Kim. Usually you can save your pattern as pdf via the print function - and then save it on tablet (I do that and it works great :-))
