How to crochet a ribbon and a cover
RIBBON:
Crochet 26 chain stitches (we use hook 3.5 and DROPS Merino Extra Fine color no 25), turn.
Work 1 double crochet in the 2nd chain stitch from hook, 1 double crochet in each chain stitch the entire row and finish with 1 slip stitch in the 2nd chain stitch.
Cut and fasten the threads at the same time as the ribbon is laid as a loop and fastened.
COVER WITH RIBBON PATTERN.
Work 33 chain stitches and form a ring with 1 slip stitch in first chain stitch.
ROUND 1: Work 2 chain stitches, 1 half treble crochet in each chain stitch around, finish with 1 slip stitch in 2nd chain stitch at the beginning of the round.
ROUND 2: Work as round 1.
ROUND 3: Work * 9 chain stitches, skip 2 stitches, 1 slip stitch in next stitch *, repeat * - * the entire round.
ROUND 4: Work 5 chain stitches, * turn the 9 chain-space from the previous row and work 2 double crochet around the top of the chain-space, 1 chain stitch *, repeat * - * the entire round and finish with 1 double crochet in the 4th chain stitch at the beginning of the round.
ROUND 5: Work 2 chain stitches, 1 half treble crochet in each stitch the entire round, finish with 1 slip stitch in 2nd chain stitch.
ROUND 6: Work as 5th round. Cut and fasten the threads.
