Height: Measured along the middle = approx. 78 cm
Width: Measured along the top side from side to side = approx. 162 cm.

DROPS BIG DELIGHT from Garnstudio (belongs to yarn group C)
300 g colour 01, rose garden

CROCHET TENSION:
17 treble crochets in width and 10 rows vertically = 10 x 10 cm.

CROCHET HOOK:
DROPS CROCHET HOOK SIZE 4 mm
Hook size is only a suggestion! If you have too many stitches on 10 cm switch to larger hook. If you have too few stitches on 10 cm switch to smaller hook.

START THE PIECE HERE:

SHAWL - SHORT OVERVIEW OF THE PIECE:
Work back and forth from mid back of neck and down.

SHAWL:
Work the shawl on hook size 4 mm and Big Delight rose garden. Follow diagram A.1.
Start symbol = begin to work 11 loose chain stitches.
ROW 1 - this row is also shown in diagram, in the 6th stitch from hook, work as follows: * 1 double treble crochet, 4 chain stitch *, repeat from *-* 4 times in total, work 1 double treble crochet and finish with 1 slip stitch in 1st chain stitch from cast-on = 5 double treble crochets and 4 chain spaces. Turn piece - and work A.1 according to diagram - REMEMBER THE CROCHET TENSION.
Then work according to diagram as follows:
Work A.2 1 time vertically.
Work A.3 1 time vertically.
Work A.4 2 times vertically.
Work A.3 1 time vertically.
Work A.4 3 times vertically.
Work A.3 1 time vertically.
Work A.4 4 times vertically.
Work A.3 1 time vertically.
Work A.4 5 times vertically.
Finish by working only the first row in A.3, 1 time vertically, this is the edge of shawl. Cut and fasten the yarn.

= 1 chain stitch
= 1 double treble crochet in stitch or around chain spaces
= 1 double treble crochet in stitch and then 1 slip stitch in 1st chain stitch from cast-on
= 1 triple treble crochet in stitch
= 1 treble crochet around chain space
