GARTER ST (back and forth on needle):
1 ridge = 2 rows K. K all rows.

GARTER ST (in the round on circular needle):
1 ridge = 2 rounds. * K 1 round and P 1 round *, repeat from *-*.

See diagrams A.1, A.2 and A.3. The diagrams show all rows in pattern seen from RS.

Worked back and forth on needle. Loosely cast on 110-129-148-167-167 sts on circular needle size 3 mm with Baby Merino. NOTE: Make sure that the cast-on edge is not too tight. K 3 row. Then work pattern as follows, beg from RS: 4 sts in GARTER ST - see explanation above, * A.1 (= 7 sts), A.2 (= 12 sts) *, repeat from *-* 4-5-6-7-7 more times, finish with A.1 and 4 sts in garter st. Continue pattern like this. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION When piece measures 23-26-28-30-34 cm, work 2 ridges over all sts. Loosely cast off.

Place cast-on edge towards cast-off edge, WS against WS. Sew the outermost 5 cm in each side tog (= under arm seams) - see dotted line on chart.

Worked in the round on circular needle size 2.5 mm. Pick up from RS approx. 208-252-300-344-344 sts around the entire opening between sleeves. Work 1 ridge in GARTER ST - see explanation above - in the round over all sts. Then work rib * K 2, P 2*. Work rib for 1 cm, then work A.3 over all 2 P in rib, continue all 2 K as before. When A.3 has been worked 1 time vertically, there are 416-504-600-688-688 sts on needle. Cast off sts with K over K and P over P.

= k
= p
= slip 1 st as if to K, K 1, psso
= K 2 tog
= no stitch, skip this square
= 1 YO between 2 sts
= slip 1 st as if to K, K 2, psso

Guten Tag, hier habe ich einen Fehler in der Anleitung entdeckt: Es heißt: * A.1 (= 7 M), A.2 (= 12 M) *, von *-* noch weitere 4-5-6-7-7 x wdh ..... es muss heißen: * A.1 (= 7 M), A.2 (= 12 M) *, von *-* noch weitere 4-5-6-7-8 x wdh ...... Viele Grüße aus Deutschland :-)

DROPS Design 20.02.2017 kl. 16:20:

Liebe Frau Schumacher, man muss von *-* noch weitere 4-5-6-7-7 x stricken, dh insgesamt 5-6-7-8-8 x, so in der letzte Größe hat man: 4 + [(7+12)x8]+ 7 + 4 = 167 M. Viel Spaß beim stricken!

Salve. Sto facendo l'orlo finale.

Buon lavoro!
